My order was placed and confirmed on the 24 of Feb 2026 with an expected delivery time of between 10 March 2026 and 24 March 2026. Despite the Middle East conflict that broke out on the 28 of Feb 2026, my order was delivered on the 13 of March 2026. What was impressive is that Import It All had to reroute their shipping from their Dubai hub to Europe and were still able to keep to their expected delivery time at no additional cost to myself when global trade logistics had to adapt overnight to the Middle East conflict.

I was kept informed from purchase to delivery of where the order stands. And though the war and supping challenge the company went far and above.to.get the order to me.The delivery company was friendly and swiftly withe the delivery. Thank you so much.

It took close to three months for the order to be delivered. You should follow the process yourself and inform me, not expecting me to follow the process. Next time first find out whether the product is ready for delivery before expecting full payment.
The use of some items is clearly seasonal and can be filtered using AI. In this case the unit is going to wait for a year to be used for making jam.
A red light is required to warn your company to cancell such orders, communicating with the client.
I gave you 1 star which is the best I could do, waiting that long. Think of offering alternatives when delivery exceeds a limited time.

It was my first time buying from the platform something otherwise I wouldn’t get locally. The service is awesome and I will definitely use it again. There is only one request I have to make, please give us an option to edit or cancel the cart as we dim fit, it’s really disturbing that if I change my mind and want something different, I must wait for the cart to expire or for u to cancel it which happens many days after if I didn’t proceed to payment.
