I initially gave the store a 1-star rating because I received shoes with a different size marking from the one I had ordered. However, the store took the time to patiently explain the difference between US and South African shoe sizing, which helped me better understand the situation.

I was asked for the back and front length. I asked from which point to which point I needed to measure and this was never clarified despite the agent responding to my request but failing to actually answer the question that was asked
