The person we spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. Explained everything well and was very patient.

An excellent package was on offer which was adapted to include extra nights for us. Dave was extremely professional, friendly and full of good advice. He was also patient with our many questions and resolved any queries. He gave us time to think and was not pushing us to make snap decisions. From this first experience of Infinity Cruises I can safely say I will return for the next cruise I book.

Everything ok so far booked for Feb 2025 a long way to go yet.

Dealt with Dave and he explained the cruise in great detail. I would definitely deal with this company again.

So far our experience has been good. Booking was easy and the rep. made our arrangements fit our needs. Since we have not travelled yet, this is all I can say.

Initially thought they were very good with a phone call on a Sunday evening advising that I could get the last inside cabin for the cruise and trip I was looking for. I was surprised therefore to see the same holiday and inside cabins available within 4 days of paying my deposit but £300 per person cheaper. I had emailed with an enquiry about internal flights and also enquiring whether I would be able to have the cheaper deal or be upgraded. I have now emails x 2 and phoned x 3 with no reply despite assurances that I would be telephoned the following day.

Dave was extremely helpful, informative and patient. This is our first cruise so we weren't sure what we were doing but Dave made it very simple. Thank you.

Booked and very helpful and supportive marked down due to being given incorrect information cruise involved return flight late at night was told cruise would arrange excursion on that day and drop off when on cruise requested was told they did not do this which meant a 14 hour wait at airport which then created having to rearrange flight to prevent long wait. Honesty is best policy

Infinity is now our go-to cruise agent. They always go above and beyond to give us great deals.

Dave the young man was very helpful he research what I had asked for then told me he would ring me back as soon as he found all the information I needed his service and friendship over the phone was second to none I told him the date I needed to be away for the 12th October to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary after I had booked the cruise with him I told him I would like him to look for another cruise in January next year which he sorted out exactly what I wanted I haven’t book that one yet but when I return after the one in October I will be getting straight back on to Dave at infinity cruises he is an asset to your company

As 1st time cruisers we put our full trust in Mike. He gave us further information on the drinks package, a video of the cabin, food inclusions etc for our future trip to Miami and the Caribbean.
I've also asked Mike to pick what he thinks will be the best cabin for our trip so absolutely no pressure Mike!
Must say though he answered all of our questions and if it all goes to plan who knows this could be the first of many,

We had Bobbi deal with our booking. He was amazing and one of very few who actually listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Never once did I feel pushed or that it was just a booking. Bobby gave us time to think through our plan and a few suggestions to help achieve exactly what we wanted. It was a real pleasure to have him help us.

Recently booked a Mediterranean cruise. Eric at infinity cruises was very helpful and accommodated our flight requests etc very efficiently. They also helped when we had difficulty logging into the online check in. All went very smoothly.

All going well at the moment, fairly easy procedure. Sadly you have to pay the full amount at time of booking.
Would have given 5 stars but I can't do that till the holiday is completed.
