I ordered two hair care products with this company. I put the items in my cart, and I used a valid discount code. The code was applied to my order in my checkout cart. However, once I added my payment method and pushed the order button, the discount disappeared from my order, and I was charged the full amount. I tried reaching out to this company, but the customer service person was terse and unhelpful. She said I’d used a discount code in 2025, so I couldn’t use another discount on my current order. The honest thing for them to do would have been to honor the discount code that showed up as valid in my cart. Instead, they removed the discount code and told me I’d need to pay full price. They didn’t try to work with me at all. They just took the money, and basically said, “ Tough luck.” They don’t allow anyone to cancel orders either, so I got stuck paying the extra money and for expedited shipping, which really isn’t expedited. I placed my order on April 12, but I won’t receive the items until April 20. Finally, this is a company whose messaging is all about being ethical. They are not ethical.They do not care about their customers.

I ordered the 924ml but received 295ml. Customer service is non existent. Will not be ordering again from this website

Worst customer service. Sent multiple emails to cancel my order the day I placed the order as I forgot to include my discount code and wanted to add a few more products to my order. I have not had a response.
I have received the package but have emailed multiple times regarding where to return the package to receive my refund. Still no response.
With being a high end beauty brand that is not cheap, they definitely need to work on their customer service.
It also claims on their site that you will receive a free hair detox mask with all orders over €20 but this package did not come with the hair mask even after spending over €90.
I do not think I will order from this site again. There are multiple other sites to find Innersense products that ship to Ireland. I don’t think I will order through innersensebeauty .ie ever again.

Later Edit, Feb 22nd: The morning after posting the below review, I received a notification of shipment. I believe they were out of the full size foam I'd ordered, so they sent me 3 travel size bottles instead. Which, to be fair, came to a bit more mls than the full size one. They also included a travel size pack of 3 products I didn't order, at no charge.
Still no response to my e-mails, but I appreciate the good will gesture, so I thought it would be fair to change rating to 4 stars and post this update.
Also because the products themselves are 10/10, fantastic quality and my hair has never looked better.

Very poor customer service. Inexistent, really.
I placed a first order for a number of products, including a hairspray. Received one with a BB date within a month. I e-mailed them about it, never heard back from them. At €28.00 a can, one expects such a product to be in best condition and with at least a 6 month timeframe to use it.
Thinking the first issue is a once off, surely a serious company would look to sort that matter out, I placed a second order, shortly after.
Money taken from my account for the 2nd order 11 days ago, but no trace of any shipment. On the Shop app it's been showing as Preparing Shipment for 11 days. I e-mailed them again and, you guessed it, no response. To neither of the two e-mails.
At this point, I will place a claim with my bank to have the money refunded. It goes without saying, I will avoid this site at all costs, after such a poor experience.
