There was an issue with getting into the device which was unlocked and not attached to an iCloud howeverOffer was received quickly and promptly. This was not the offer that was online however no other company would make an offer on the device due to age so I was happy with the end result payment was swift and in my bank very quickly.

First time using this company and got to say what a great experience there was no bad things with this company all positive we will definitely Ute again thank you once again!

When I sold my first used device to them, they said the battery lost power too quickly and paid out 80% of what I had expected, which is fine. However, when I sold them another device, they said the screen was coming off and paid only a small fraction of what I expected. When I asked them for proof, they sent me a picture with a device other than mine.

I'd suggest anyone considering this company, avoids them! I've had a couple of experiences (silly me!). I sent them a phone to sell, they then emailed saying it was on finance and would only be able to offer me a lower price (makes no sense) - this phone was not and had never been on any finance plan (since sold to a company who advised they are known for this - reviews on here also reflect this). I then purchased a phone from them (not realising) and made a return, they tried claiming the phone was returned in a difference condition, luckily the third party site sided with me. It seems business is built on lies for their gains. There are so many other similar trustworthy companies, I'd stay clear of these guys!

Reliable and quick service. I had the payment within 5 minutes of responding to confirm I was happy with the price they counteroffered which was very fair and reasonable. Will certainly be using this service again.

I found the sale of my phone, to be honest, fair, swift and communicative. The phone quote on the website was significantly higher than the amount I agreed to and received. Although some reviewers complain about this, I think it shows they care about the customers buying their phones. They do not pass on phones with poor battery life, etc.
I would happily deal with them again.

Best price offered for an Apple Watch Ultra 3. They send a free post label. Email you when received and the process done within 24hrs.

They said their checks showed high risk as there was still finance on the watch. I bought the watch in full, no finance. After sending the invoice they then offered the initial price.

Either the system they use is incorrect or they were trying to lower the quote but after sending the receipt there was no issue.

I would use them again as the communication and service was excellent.

Found 3 old phones which we were never going to use again. Googled recycling and although they weren’t in quite as good a condition, battery life etc, we got £25 for them - money for nothing in effect! Once agreed to offer money was instantly there in our accounts!! Can’t go wrong really!

Pleasant experience selling old mobile phones with innofinity. Had several phones which had just been in a drawer. Listed them easily on the website and was offered a price. Was sent a pre postage label to send them. Within two days the money was in my account. It was a reduced offer but the batteries were poor and there were some screen cracks, which I hadn’t noticed beneath the screensavers. All in all, a swift, efficient fair service. Thank you.
