Sold my Apple Watch series 10 originally offered 160 they re quoted at 95.00 has there were scratches on the screen they did upload a photo of my watch showing the said scratches I wasn’t aware of them at the time I sold it
A bit disappointed with the outcome of the offer but couldn’t be bothered having it returned has I no longer use it
Speedy service and fast turn around money is being processed today

Excellent service paid exactly what they offered and had the money in my account the same day this company unlike others are genuine and I will definitely do business again as a seller and buyer

I sent my iPhone 15 1tb off on the 16th march it arrived at 13.23 on the 17th to Innofinity and by 14.08 £565 was in my account no qualms what a stress free company Innofinity are, I don’t offen leave reviews but on this occasion I felt it’s the right thing to do as I could not fault Innofinity in anyway 5* service wouldn’t hesitate to do business again.

Awesome experience! I found Innofinity Worldwide online after I made the decision that I wanted to trade 2 iPhones (a 13 mini and an iPhone 8, both in good condition). I was in Sloane Square area one day and called them to see if I can drop the phones off in person, they said yes and they managed to sort me out on the day within hours! I got a quote for both phones after I filled in an online form, they ran their tests and then contacted me with a revised quote based on their investigation. All in all I got paid less than originally got quoted for but the justification seem legitimate.

Will definitely going to be using their services again! Top noch service!

Got slightly less than expected but payment from super fast

Great service from Innofinity. Responsive to queries and quick payments. They also accept a really wide range of tech so easy to recycle various items all at once.

Mike is always extremely helpful, honest and up front. I regularly send equipment for trading in. When it is not up to standard, they will tell me in advance what I will likely receive in payment, to avoid any disappointment. They always have paid promptly on the same day. The process to send the equipment is so far very easy, fast and secure. The equipment is checked ASAP and a price is always quoted very quickly after they have received the items. Super happy with my experience so far.

Good communication, Quick payment and friendly highly recommend

We sold some old iphones to Innofinity Worldwide. We processed this online, they provided the postage label, and within just a few days they were in touch, albeit offering much less than advised. We queried this, and they did improve their offer, but it was still significantly less despite us appraising based on their own categories.

Admittedly, these were older iphones (5, 6, 7 and SE) that the iOutlet didn't list on their site. In comparison though for the other phones we sold. the iOutlet agreed with our appraisal and paid us exactly what was agreed. Once we'd 'settled on a price' with Mike, the payment was immediately made.

Really simple process. I received an instant quote and was able to send my phone via the Post Office. I don’t have a printer and was able to print the label off at the store. I received confirmation the package had arrived within a couple of days and the next day I received the confirmed quote. I accepted and the money was in my bank within an hour. Brilliant, would definitely use again!

Very poor customer service. Informed me that my phone couldn't be unlocked, when it was already, so said they would send it back but ended up sending it to the wrong place. They lost my phone and will not reply to me now and compensate for losing my phone. Awful company.

Sold my Apple Watch and paid exactly what I was quoted which was more than what other more established companies were offering. Paid directly to my bank account within hours of inspection. Great communication throughout. Overall, very happy with my experience.

Pros: Easy to navigate website, smooth sale and postage, great e-mail communication (quick and responsive), and instant payment (once final amount was confirmed).

Cons: No step-by-step guide on website of what the phones needed doing before being posted. This could have avoided a lot of to’ing and fro’ing e-mails.

I was paid 40% of expected revenue due to identified issues with the phones, although I had highlighted these issue at point of sale. The pricing schemes are anything but transparent, although this is not specific to this company.

I would not mind using this company again.

Sent my Phone in on Monday, Money was in my bank on Friday, simple easy process, Mike was as great to speak to.
