Sent in my parents 2 old (ancient!) iphones. They were tested on arrival and some problems with the battery were found - but, as per the info on the website, I got a reduced offer on them which I accepted. Payment arrived within the hour. Good comms along the way. Overall, a very good experience! Will definitely use again.

Phone arrived with them at 12.20. Payment in bank by 13.20 same day which is crazy speed. Excellent service and used them for a previous sale which was good too so can't fault this company would use again.
