This company is honest and dependable a little bit pricey but worth the money that you pay to get the results that you need. Our case manager was phenomenal. She followed through with everything that she said she would she stayed in touch. I believe my client was scammed by a lead rep Coy James with Innovative Tax Relief LLC he charge her 400 and he said he would look into her tax case he seemed very nice had her sign documents I even looked the company up and it is with the BBB he sent one text to schedule 1 hour appointment never asked for any of her tax paperwork I have called several times and a guy picks up the line as if he is scanning calls for this Coy and tells me he is not available very
unprofessional and rude so I call back a few more times get a guy name Eddie he hung up the call so I call back and another guy gets on and tells me not to call again this is not right should never want to take advantage of our seniors I am investigating and will follow police report against this company on behalf of my client The money she paid needs to be returned

Jacob and his team did more than that was expected of them. My dealings with the IRS are completed and over and I am very pleased with the outcome. They were very polite and helpful.The financing package for their services was competitive and very helpful.
