We recently bought plasterboard and some insulation from this online shop. Normally I don't write reviews, but this time my experience exceeded all expectations. I called them on Friday to check if they had items in stock, and on Monday morning at 9 am, it was already delivered. Alina went the extra mile, making sure everything was delivered and, for items they didn't have in stock, recommending and delivering alternatives. Highly recommended!

What you expect from an online company
Ordering on line was quick and simple, even choosing a delivery date by requesting in comments (make sure it is outside of the minimum lead time).
Strapping on the lorry caused some minor damage (compression marks but not sufficient enough to warrant a complaint) to materials on top of the stack, but other than that the whole process was great.
I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Dear Iain,
Thank you for your review and feedback.
We are glad to hear that ordering online was quick and simple for you and that you found it convenient to request a specific delivery date in the comments section.
We apologise for any minor damage caused by strapping on the lorry, although we are relieved it was not significant enough to affect your project. We continuously strive to improve our packaging and handling processes to ensure all materials arrive in perfect condition.
If you experience any issues with your orders in the future, please contact us at support@insulationwholesale.co.uk, and we will be more than happy to assist you. We appreciate your business and hope to serve you again soon.
