I cant praise Clear Amber enough, feom easy online ordering to a fast and efficient delivery by a friendly and very helpful driver, add to that the savings made against highstreet prices, using Clear Amber was a win win deal.

Commande passée le 11 mai dernier, livraison de 5 a 6 jours ouvrés, nous sommes le a ce jour le 4 juin et je n'ai toujours pas été livré. Quel suprise aurais je a la réception ?? Et ce que ma commande va arriver un jour...? Et lors du renseignement on me repousse la livraison d'une semaine a l'autre ! Je l'espère.
Au final j'aurais dû m'abstenir de commender sur se site. A fuir

Ordered some Corrapol Stormproof Corrugated Roof Sheet on 19th May based on good reviews and we are still waiting for an indication of when the order will be delivered. Was initially impressed with their real person chat service. Also the order tracker we got sent after placing the order, but except for an update after chasing them last week from processing to distribution, we are still no further forward. Very disappointing.

Everything all well packaged and protected to prevent any damage in transit

I purchased a huge 3500mm x 1700mm sheet of Axiome Clear 16mm Twinwall Polycarbonate. It is just as described and excellent quality. The delivery was quick and even the guy who delivered it was helpful. I would absolutely recommend Clear amber.

Missed one sheet although it was network mistake as costumer service contacted me told they was happy to refund some money because of this misunderstanding

I cannot fathom how this company gets high ratings,my first order had missing items and even though I sent photos and gave all the information I recieved no refund. My second delivery hasn't turned up at all so I asked for a cancellation and refund to which I recieved no reply,my third order also has not yet arrived. Unfortunately their guttering system does not work with others so I cannot finish my work by popping to the shops. The scaffolder has now billed me £500 to extend the scaffold and I am still yet to hear back from clear amber, multiple emails or live chats. If you want to get in contact with them you'd be best send smoke signals. What an embarrassment of a company.

Terrible experience from start to finish.
I placed my order 2 weeks in advance to avoid any complications. However this wasn’t nearly enough notice. They completely missed their own delivery window and their customer service response was one of couldn’t care less. This is just how things are apparently and I had to accept it. Completely threw my work schedule off and cost me a significant amount to move things around.
The product itself is subpar. Awkward to install and not of a decent quality. And I’ve had to order extra bits as they don’t supply you with all of the finishing materials required.
Avoid at all costs!!!

I needed new polycarbonate panels for my greenhouse roof which is nearly 20 years old. i shopped around for quotes ,some were over the top for price and delivery. I found Clearamber very reasonable indeed . I placed my order on Tuesday and it was delivered on the following Friday. you cant beat that and the delivery lad was very helpful also.

À la base, je ne suis pas fan de plastique et ses dérivés. Mais c'est la deuxième fois que je me sert de votre gamme Axiome et une troisième devrait suivre... donc ravi.

Delivery was marvellous faster than the local suppliers less than a mile from the house , the product excellent quality crystal condition & well wrapped , this also came in handy in the shed ,I would definitely use this company again .

Corrapol storm proof sheets are superb quality and easy to work with.
I found Clear Amber on a Google search -and they provided the exact sizes and specifications I required at a great price.
Updates to my order - and delivery were prompt and professional.
Thanks to Clear Amber, I’ve been able to convert my [previous] shed frame to a much needed greenhouse - and the results using their Corrapol product exceeded my expectations.

il ne vérifient pas les commandes des clients , une erreur s est glissée dans les tailles des plaques , et avec les cotes que j ai donné, ils était facile de me recontacter!!je donne une largeur de 980 x4400 dans une plaque de 690 x 4500 .....et cela n'étonne personne !
ils annoncent 5 a 9 jours ouvrée pour la livraison et après de multiples relances sur leurs site ou personne ne répond a part l intelligence artificielle , ont m envoie une photo d un camion accidente une semaine avant qui transportait mes plaques !
on finit par me livrer des plaques avec des angles plies et après échange toujours avec l' I A , on me répond que ce n est pas grave !!!!!!

résultat , une facture de plus de 1100 euros pour des plaques inutilisables , abimées dans le transports suite a cet accident , et personne ne rappelle !!!!

Absolutely terrible - will never use this company again. After a week I received the wrong order. There is no means to contact Clear Amber by phone and the online chat service is extremely slow. The customer service agent then argued about what I had received and would not confirm that they would actually send me what I had ordered. As with most large building projects we needed the items before scaffolding was removed and told them this but that didn’t seem to encourage them to do anything. After a further week I still don’t have any items I ordered or any money back.
Any company that removes the ability to be contacted by phone is very dubious. I would approach with caution.

Great company and excellent customer service! I recently ordered some polycarbonate sheets, and unfortunately, a few of them arrived damaged during transit. However, when I contacted their help team, Charlotte was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. They showed true goodwill and resolved the issue efficiently by sending out replacement sheets, which arrived in perfect condition.
​The product quality is great, and it gives me huge confidence knowing that their customer care team is so supportive and fast to fix any issues. I have been a returning customer and will definitely continue to buy from them. Highly recommended.

Good solid product
Easy to use finished a job satisfactory, good delivery service arrived on time.

Quality exactly as specified, carefully packaged, delivered on time and at a reasonable price. You can’t ask or expect more than that! Clear Amber obviously understands the importance of good customer service.

Do not use this company, customer services are impossible to deal with, delivery is a shambles. I was promised a refund and not arrived and now on the tracker its saying delivered. Spent hours trying to sort, total nightmare.
