It was nice to receive a quote fairly quickly however it really only provides the ability to compare pricing without knowing what coverages are being quoted on. A phone call comes through immediately from the website rep which may not always be convenient and then you are asked to hang on to talk with the broker… again, this is not always convenient and tends to be purely a lead generation tool without considering the customer.

I wanted to know the car insurance…
I wanted to know the car insurance rates at other companies as mine is up for renewal and as usual has gone up, so I filled in the online form and instantly I got several quotes!! What's more amazing is that I got a call from a rep within another 2 minutes and now I have changed my insurance policy and saved more than $1000 per year!!

The people with whom I spoke were all very friendly and helpful. The broker was knowledgeable and provided all the detail I required. I had a very short wait time when being transferred and when additional information was needed. Unfortunately, the quote I received was well above the renewal quote from my existing provider.
