What a scam
What a scam. Yes they are too good to be true as the rates are low but customer service is horrible. I switched my bank account and they didn't take the payment out of the right account. I called right away and provided proof this was their error and they sent it to collections and cancelled my policy resulting in a bad rating and NSF on my insurance. Customer service told me when following up for the 4th time, that if it was important that I could follow up on their general line.
Reply to their comments. I did follow up. So many times. It didn’t get me anywhere but a collection company calling me everyday and an outrageous amount of insurance payment for the NSF.

Illiterate, unresponsive, impossible to navigate.
My claims person is an idiot. She is clearly unwilling or unable to read my policy. After 2 weeks of claiming I wouldn't have coverage, they finally read my policy and conceded that I do, in fact, have coverage.
They have gone radio silent since Maki g that concession, phone number goes straight to voicemail, not answering emails, and will not provide any I formation on how to proceed. When I call the main line and explain this, the person operating tells me that it's not the fault of the claims adjuster, because even though they're the only person I am allowed to communicate with on this matter, they are in a work queue that prevents them from receiving or sending communications willingly.
No communication, no coordination, absolute trash. Moving my policy away from this company ASAP and you should too.

Absolutely the worst company known to man
My boy had business insurance with them, he filled all the forms in right when signing up.
He got hit on the hyway and they canceled his insurance saying he was doing door dash. He runs a pool company, door dash with pumps and power washers in the back of the truck ?
They wouldn’t cover any wrecked equipment, it was all destroyed.
They are horrible to deal with and don’t want to pay what the vehicle is worth.

Sonnet is the best
I want to say three points with my experience. This is the first time of having Sonnet.
1. I like the policy and price
I have home and two auto.
2. Finally sonnet solved the payment problem and made it working. I met a payment problem with my credit card. Sonnet tried to resolve it for 10 days. And finally I could.
3. Kind agents.
I had to explain more than 5 times with different agents. They were all very kind and tried to help me.
