Great customer service
I used Insured Fitness Group for a short period of time because I made a mistake with what kind of policy I needed. They made it a smooth process to cancel and refund me. Easy to sign up and no hassle when canceling because of my own mistake.

The phone information on 07-29-25 was VERY well done; very professional, patient and helpful.
The webpage and logging, not so much.
My password that I used to make the payment was accepted. When I went to the IFG site my password did not work...I went slowly...no go. Had to reset...that took many trials, and still did not work. If it is my error...which I suspect you will say "yes," then I will need some help. I will try to call during your working hours.

Can't sign into my account
Can't sign into my account, tried changing the password about 8 times....nope keeps telling me time expired, a whole minute later. 😡 for some reason my COI didn't download, can't retrieve it.!
