I received a great quote that was lower in price than other quotes I received. I asked for an adjustment and staff provided a quick response with all the relevant information I needed to make a decision. Wonderful customer service.

Very happy with the outcome. We had flood insurance with another company that an insurance broker found for us last year. That premium went up over 20% and we were going to just drop flood insurance. Insurox was able to get us coverage for less than we were paying so instead of dropping coverage, we were able to switch providers. Saved some money and still have the same coverage.
