Overall an excellent experience. Easy to order on line, excellent customer service (Andy Green) when realised I required extra fence posts. Gary delivery driver was friendly, efficient and ensured safe delivery of materials.

As always Interline staff were very efficient and helpful, I have rotator cuff disorder and the team in the warehouse helped put the three doors I had purchased for my customer into my van, prices are good and I was in and out in no time.

Torquay inter line branch
My advise to any one ordering online is to ring and check stock level as the online service is very misleading on this. Order 1 dumpy bag stock in all branches 10 in fact in Torquay, so placed order on a Tuesday for Friday delivery. 7.30am Friday mail saying sorry out of stock blaming the online system will get from another branch and deliver monday.The online stock is only as accurate as the person putting the information on the system. A big thank you to Kevin on transport who got a dumpy and delivered on the Friday as ordered.not something he should have had to do if online people were doing there job better. Clearly still showing same stock online today as when I placed my order. Shame as this is letting inter line down.

It's great to see that you received your delivery on the date requested originally.
The email was sent out of courtesy to say that we may have had an issue, this is due to the nature of the product as our system automatically puts the loose product on as both dumpy bags and small bags. Which is why this product is not always as accurate as we would like it to be.
A joint effort was made between the sales team and our transport department to arrange the product to be collected from another branch to be delivered.

Lovely friendly place to shop
Super helpful staff. Very well stocked. Did my order on line and made a mistake. Contacted by email, this was on a Sunday. Monday morning I had the reply and it was all sorted. Collected at my allocated time, no waiting around. Have shopped here before and will shop there again.

Excellent service from Inter-Line
Another excellent service from Inter-Line. The delivery was on time and the driver, Gary, was both thoughtful and very careful about the unloading of the large packages into our garage. He also gave me some very useful tips on how to handle and cut the materials I had bought.
