I used Insight when I wanted to start legal proceedings against a landscaping company who badly let me down. From start to finish Insight were entirely professional and located an individual behind a bogus company, identified their name and their address and then served court papers on them promptly. They supported me through a very stressful situation and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an investigator.

The company is a fraud. They are scammers and nothing else. I signed up and paid for a service. Months came and went and I heard nothing from the guy ( Elliotts Jackson) . I emailed and call him many times and every time he was not available. He eventually replied after chasing any update when I threaten to start legal proceeding. All he said was investigating take time. It is now well over 15 months since I made payment and nothing so far. Once you depart with your money you are at their mercy if they will or won't even bother to investigate. You can do better job yourself.
