They Really Do Go Over And Above
Mark, Adam, and Alex certainly went Over and Above when it came to finding us the perfect property to match our investing goals.
As first time investors, they were a wealth of knowledge and never too busy to answer any of our questions.
The team helped us develop a solid investing strategy and also identified the best type of properties and locations to compliment it (we wanted something cashflow positive and with development potential so it wasn't going to be an easy find).
Mark worked hard negotiating us a great off-market deal, in a growth location, below budget and ticking all the boxes. The property was also tenanted within days of settlement.
We would not have been able to find such a gem without their help.
We highly recommend the entire team at Over and Above for anyone looking for reliable, knowledgable, well connected, and passionate buyers agents.

I have given 5 stars because there is nothing that i would want you to change if i was to go through this process again. Positive things of note are the time management was on point. Each scheduled call or email was followed up in a timley manner and my questions were always answered. I felt supported throughout the process which made me feel at ease with such a big commitment. A credit to you and the Team Mark.
