In the last couple of years she's helped us navigate a range of more niche lending scenarios and policies across our portfolio, including equity release/cash out with the same lender without requiring a refinance, exception refinancing so we weren’t stuck on unnecessarily high rates, and we’re currently working with her again to refinance with our existing lender into a construction loan for a granny flat project.
