I haven't received my mirrors yet but the staff has been incredibly patient and helpful. I highly recommend Inyouths if you want a custom mirror.

Long time
Ordered mirror on 7/20/22 and was told 8 to 9 weeks from start to delivery. It's been 12 weeks and no mirror, no tracking number, no response to emails, and they never answer the phone. These are the signs of a scam. They have a California phone number but not from the US. I should have known better.
Update:11/7 They have contacted me and delivered the mirror. We are very pleased with the mirror.

Unfortunately I have tried many many times to connect with the company to find out updates about my order and the email bounces back and nobody returns the phone calls. I had paid extra for a rush order and it hasn’t shown up. I would go with another company and now I have to try to work with my bank to get my money back.

Not sure how you do business when you never answer the phone or your voicemails. Extremely frustrated and probably need to cancel my order.
Update: Received an order number and have been in communication via email now. They have reassured me that my mirrors are being made. They answer my emails in a timely manner, and I’m feeling more at ease. I will update this as the process continues. Hoping that I get my mirrors as promised.
Update number 2: It’s been 8 weeks. Just looking for the status of my order. Asked twice in emails. Nothing yet…
