The WORST parking I’ve ever used
The WORST parking I’ve ever used. Had us waiting to collect the car for over 2 hours. When the car turned up the driver looked like he had smoked something and my car smelt awful. Not to be trusted. Don’t waste your time.
SCAMMERS! AVOID!!!!
I booked airport parking through Compare Parking Deals and was assigned to LGW Executive Meet & Greet (linked to iPark Gatwick). What followed was one of the most stressful and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had.
We called 15 minutes before arriving at Gatwick as instructed and were told to go to Car Park 6, Level 5. Naturally, I expected someone to be there ready to meet us and take the car. Instead, no one showed up. I had to call again to ask what to do, and was told to just park in any space and someone would come to collect the keys.
We waited 10 minutes — nothing. Called again — “someone is on the way.” Another 10 minutes passed — still nothing. We were now at risk of missing our flight, and the lack of urgency or professionalism was shocking.
Eventually, a random man appeared out of nowhere to take the keys. He had no uniform, no ID, no paperwork, no receipt — nothing to prove he was legitimate. We were extremely uncomfortable handing over the keys and only did so because another customer nearby confirmed he had taken theirs too.
The real nightmare started when we returned from our trip. We called to have the car delivered back and were told, unbelievably, that they had LOST OUR KEYS. We were asked if we had a spare key with us. Apparently, our key had been left in another car that was now on its way to Bristol.
At this point, I completely lost trust. I asked for proof that they even still had my car. After multiple calls demanding photos, they were dismissive, rude, and repeatedly hung up on me, telling me they didn’t understand why I was worried and that my car was “safe.”
They told me to get a taxi home (I live 2 hours away) and said they would reimburse me — which I had zero confidence in. I was then told my car might be delivered the next day or they’d “sort a replacement key.” I gave them until 12pm the following day.
The next day — still no key. After pushing them, I finally got the location of my car: it was sitting in a field at The Greyhound pub in Crawley, with no visible security, among many other cars. I had to go and collect it myself — and I am STILL without my key.
Communication has been appalling. Every time I call, the “manager” is unavailable. I’ve been told I’m “p****** them off” by calling and even told not to “f****** call again.” This is how they treat paying customers.
I strongly believe this operation runs under multiple names, including Secure Park and Gatwick Premium Parking. They all share the same phone number and identical instructions. This feels like a coordinated scam operation.
I have reported this to the police, Action Fraud, and Trading Standards. After reading other reviews, it’s deeply concerning how many people are experiencing the same issue — especially “lost keys.” It raises serious questions about what is happening to customers’ vehicles. I am still without my keys now and have had no response from them they keep just telling me they’re lost and to email them (which I have 3 times) and had no response.
Avoid at all costs. This company is not professional, not secure, and not trustworthy.
Disgusting service !
Disgusting service !! Long wait for pickup nearly missed check in then an even longer wait for pick up. I phoned and explained I had elderly disabled parents waiting then arrived 1hour 40 mins after 1st phone call. Then to top it all off..after paying £8 to get out of the car park at the gate we were confronted with a £565 !!! Bill because they had tailgated the previous week Don't book with ipark !!

Waited over 2.5 hours for our car to be delivered back to us at night with two small children. Could see car was nearby on our tracker but every time we called the agent we were fobbed off with another lie. We were promised a full refund but it never materialised despite repeated email. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

DO NOT USE I-PARK LTD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER !!!!!! VILE NASTY PEOPLE AND SERVICE !!!
I came from the terminal, to go to level 5 in car park 6 and heard a car roaring up the road, going through the gears. It entered the car park at excessive speed with tyres screeching, and proceeded up the ramps....where upon I realised it was my car !!! When I got to the top and saw my car waiting, I challenged the driver, who said he was doing 10mph (I own a performance car and heard it change gear twice) gave me a shitty attitude and tried to walk off.
When I opened the car, the glove box was open, they had stolen my cars instruction manual / guide from the manufacturer, there was an empty crisp packet on the back seat, crisps all over the font seats and the car was filthy.
I wish I had checked the mileage before leaving it as I'm sure the car was down on petrol.
The front tyre had a scrape on it (brand new car in January) where it looks like it clipped a curb.
I called him back to look at it, where upon he sneered and said "not my problem mate...I don't like those crisps".
When he saw my anger at his response, he turned round, walked as fast as possible and was ducking in and out of cars, towards another driver waiting, jumped in and drove off.
I have photographic evidence of all this and have contacted my solicitor.
DO NOT / DO NOT / DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE VILE COWBOYS !!!
Absolutely terrible people we waited…
Absolutely terrible people we waited for 2 hours for them to bring our car 👊👎👎
Truly shocking experience
Truly shocking experience, avoid at all costs, my experience below:
On May 4th my wife and I rang iPark at 1244hrs as per their instructions and dropped my car at LGW South Terminal at 1315hrs and had to wait until 1400hrs (45mins from my arrival) until one of their drivers arrived to take our car. This resulted in a car park fee I had to pay of GBP14, be warned you are also liable for the car park fee when you drop, and pick up the car.
Upon arrival back at LGW South Terminal on 11th May I rang iPark at 1423hrs as per their instructions, I then called iPark again, asking the whereabouts of my car at 1603hrs, 1614hrs, 1701hrs, 1702hrs, 1703hrs, 1704hrs and finally at 1731hrs. On the call at 1731hrs, a iPark staff member told me the car was parked at LGW North Terminal and the key was on the tyre! I could not quite believe what I was hearing but upon wandering over to LGW North Terminal, my car was indeed there and had been dropped off at 1655hrs. At 1755hrs I paid the car park fee at LGW North and departed at 1800hrs, some 3hrs abdnd 37mins post my initial call to iPark.
There were a plethora of other customers waiting with me in the same predicament and the NCP wardens at LGW told me not to use such companies.
Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost! I would rate zero stars if there was an option! I haven’t experienced worse service in a long time! We waited for our car for an hour and a half!
Very rude and unprofessional staff!
Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company! Do not use! Followed instructions sent to us, ringing half an hour before arrival, to arrive to absolute carnage! This is surely a scam company. No official pick up or drop off area and multiple people waiting for their cars to be returned. Most had been waiting over 2 hours. Several cars also waiting to be dropped off. One poor woman, who had a baby with her, had been waiting over an hour and ended up paying for valet parking in order not to miss her flight. I rang multiple times only to be put through to an answer machine and when I finally did get through was told 5 minutes without being asked for a booking reference or car registration number. Whilst waiting, another half hour, I found some "legal" Gatwick parking staff and after belatedly reading the reviews about this awful company decided to fork out for long stay Gatwick parking. I am now out of pocket but preferable to the stress of using these fraudsters! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!! False economy!
Do not use
Do not use.
Waited over an hour for the car to be returned to us after having to call them about 10 times and told a few minutes longer each time.
Car drop off was weird as was just a man walking round, no high viz or anything. Felt very unsafe
Unprofessional and concerning experience
From the beginning, the experience was frustrating. I booked the car collection at Gatwick North Terminal. I called one hour before arriving, then again 30 minutes before, and again when I was already at the car park. They kept telling me ‘5 minutes’, but they took much longer. They arrived slowly, walking without any urgency, and the staff seemed unprofessional.
When collecting the car, I was 2 hours late and they demanded £30 to be paid into a personal account, not a business account, before returning the vehicle to me. Only after I had already paid and they had handed the car back did I show them that the terms and conditions stated £20 for arriving late, not £30. They then refunded me £10 in cash. I asked for invoice and they told me that I would get it next day by email. I didn't get anything and they keep ignoring me each time I ask for it.
On top of that, the car was really dirty, covered in bird droppings and tree debris, and with a strong smell of burnt clatch. This is worst experience ever.
The reviews all speak for themselves
The reviews all speak for themselves. We read the reviews unfortunately after we handed over the keys. We were terrified we wouldnt get the car back. On arrival were hung up on multiple times, told the car was coming after waiting over an hour. We had to then pay an exit fee despite being told it was paid for. There were a number of families with the same situation, two were told there cars could not be located and accused of not handing in their car, when one lady threatened the police, the car was located if they paid another 20£ to the driver. Such a scam - beware and report.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful, same dreadful experience as everyone else only my son in law still hasn’t got his 8 seater van back and £247 out of pocket paying for an Uber to get home at 2 in the morning, please AVOID at all costs, sick to death of hard working people getting ripped off by tossers like these

Scammers do not use!
I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service I received from LGW Executive, booked via Airport Cheap Parking, for my parking reservation from 30th April to 7th May.
When dropping my car off on 30th April, I followed the instructions provided and called 30 minutes before arrival. However, when I arrived at the agreed location, nobody was there to meet me. I had to repeatedly call the contact number provided just to get an update on who I was supposed to be meeting.
When someone eventually arrived, he appeared extremely unprofessional — he was not in uniform, looked suspicious, and immediately asked me for £80 without any explanation. I refused to pay this. He then took my car key without providing any paperwork or confirmation. He also did not drive my car away to be parked elsewhere. I called the main contact number to confirm whether this process was legitimate and was told that it was.
Unfortunately, the issues continued when collecting my vehicle on 7th May. Again, I called 30 minutes before arrival as instructed. The person on the phone came across as though I was bothering them. When I arrived at the agreed collection point, nobody was there. I repeatedly called for updates and received no proper assistance.
I was left waiting outside in the cold with my 10-month-old baby and my husband for approximately 1 hour. During this time, it became obvious that my calls were being ignored, as my husband was able to get through immediately after I failed several times.
After understandably becoming frustrated, I expressed my anger during one of the calls. The man on the phone then became extremely rude and abusive, swearing at me and stating that he “doesn’t give a shit” that I had been waiting in the cold with my baby, before hanging up the phone.
Eventually, a man arrived who spoke very poor English, was not wearing any uniform, immediately got into my car to drive it away. When questioned, he claimed he needed to take it to the barriers. My husband and I explained that this had never happened before in previous experiences and requested that my husband accompany him if this was necessary. We were told no. I then called the main office and was informed that this was “their process” because they receive a discount, and that my husband was not allowed to go with the driver.
After the driver returned my car, we attempted to leave the car park. Please note that my booking clearly included levy fees both ways. Despite this, the barrier would not let us exit unless we paid an additional £8 fee.
I called the main line again to explain the situation, and the man I spoke to acted unaware that levy fees were included in my booking. He dismissively told me to “just pay £8, it’s only £8 man” and claimed it would be refunded. However, the only follow-up I received was a text message saying the £8 would be refunded, with no actual refund process explained.
Overall, this entire experience felt extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I was left feeling as though the service was a scam. I experienced poor customer service, lack of professionalism, long waiting times, additional unexpected charges and verbal abuse while travelling with my young baby.
Con Artists - avoid at all cost - phone number is the same as lots of different companies (check my review)
Absolutely avoid this company. They operate under the name “Gatwick Premium Parking” but appear to use multiple business names while all sharing the same phone number (07563870088), which raises serious concerns.
I waited 2.5 hours for my car to be returned at Gatwick after being told it would take 40 minutes once I landed. While waiting, I met another family dealing with a different company name but the exact same phone number and they had already been waiting 3 hours. Another woman had been waiting 6 hours using iPark.
The man on the phone was extremely rude and kept giving excuses about traffic and road closures, despite there being no issues on the roads. When my car finally arrived, it was covered in mud and grass. I asked the driver where the car had been parked, and he laughed and said “in field” while pretending not to speak English, although he clearly understood everything we were saying.
Very unprofessional and dishonest service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and any related businesses using this phone number.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Avoid this company at all costs.
I booked this meet and greet service at the last minute on the day I was flying from Gatwick Airport North Terminal. I followed their instructions exactly and called 40 minutes before arriving even earlier than the required 30 minutes to give them extra time.
I was told to meet at Car Park 6, Level 5. After arriving, I called again for an update and was told someone would be there within 30 minutes. I was already unhappy, but agreed and sent my family into the airport to check in the luggage while I waited.
Thirty minutes passed. No one arrived.
I called again, this time extremely frustrated. In total, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes before someone finally turned up. Not a single apology. No explanation. Nothing.
While waiting, I saw multiple other families also stranded waiting for collections and drop-offs. Clearly this is not an isolated issue.
Why advertise a “meet and greet” service when customers are left waiting over an hour? Why take people’s money for a service you cannot provide properly?
The nightmare continued on my return.
Seven days later, after landing at 11:15pm with young babies, I called as soon as the plane landed to arrange collection of my car. I was told it would be another hour before they arrived. Completely unacceptable at that time of night with children.
I went to the pickup point anyway no car, just dozens of angry people waiting.
I must have called this company over 20 times from different phone numbers because they started ignoring my calls completely. They refused to tell me where my car was and avoided answering the phone altogether. The only time I managed to speak to someone was when I threatened to report the matter to the police.
This is not a meet and greet service.
This is “meet and wait for over an hour while being ignored.”
Absolutely disgraceful customer service, poor communication, and zero professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone travelling through Gatwick not to use this company unless you want unnecessary stress before and after your holiday.
Stay away
