***DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE***…
***DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE*** kept waiting for over an hour, poor communication. I could track my car, so could see they hadn’t even started driving it to me for over an hour after I called them. Use someone else…
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with I Parks Gatwick Meet & Greet. Despite parking charges supposedly being included in the service, we were forced to pay car park fees both on arrival and again on departure. There was nobody present to collect our keys when we arrived, and we were instructed to leave them on the wheel arch of the car, which felt completely insecure and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, when we returned from our trip there was a long wait for our vehicle to be delivered back to us. Overall, the service was poorly organised, stressful, and not what we expected from a meet and greet provider. I would not recommend using this company.
SCAM company featured on BBC WATCHDOG
Scam company featured on BBC WATCHDOG ON 3rd June 2026. Part of multiple sham companies run by Muhamaad SAQIB a serial fraudster. Cars are left unlocked in unsecured wasteland/fields or kept in short stay car parks racking up hundreds in parking fees for YOU to pay when you return from holiday. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
The worst parking experience at North…
The worst parking experience at North Terminal Car Park 6 with iPark. Nobody there to leave keys with; we were advised, after calling 6 times and waiting for over an hour that they were too busy in South terminal so not able to get to the North terminal, to leave keys in car which we were not prepared to do. We decided to park elsewhere at the terminal and we were offered a refund, which we are still waiting for. I have emailed numerous times and nobody is responding. Totally shoddy service. Would not recommend.
ABSOLUTE SCAM AND NIGHTMARE PARKING
ABSOLUTE SCAM AND NIGHTMARE PARKING. waited an hour on arrival and the guy made us pay the £8 fee in and out of the airport so added extra £16 which said was included. On arrival had to wait 2 hours for collection. Horrible nasty terrible staff. Everyone is so rude and useless. They’re clearly dodgy nasty scammers. Absolute waste of my time and money. I am so against this company.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Car didn't leave the short stay car park, leaving us with a £550 bill to pay (then discounted by 50% by Gatwick airport car park, as they are aware of the scammers but have so far been unable to stop them). They still have our car keys, but hang up when rung. Do not make this mistake
Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. iPark is a complete scam operation run by a dishonest individual named Rajee. They subject paying customers to absolute misery and have zero accountability.
🛑 The Experience: 3+ Hour Delays at 2 AM
The "It's Coming" Lie: After arriving at 11pm, we were left stranded for over 3 hours. When you call, they just feed you the line "it's coming" on repeat, with no intention of actually delivering.
Other people could literally see their cars parked, but they refused to bring the keys out to them.
The man on the phone, Rajee, is incredibly rude. He was hacking/coughing down the phone, having completely separate conversations while on the line with us, and eventually resorted to swearing and hanging up.
He claimed he could physically "see our car" from where he was. Turns out, he was sitting at Heathrow, while we were stranded at Gatwick.
⚠️ BEWARE: The Web of Connected Companies
The owner operates under multiple different names to trick people into booking after his main brands get flooded with bad reviews. Do not book with any of the following sister companies or front sites:
iPark
My Car Care
Gatwick Parking Spaces
Park Compare (A fake comparison site he owns to funnel business to his own dodgy companies)
Authorities are Involved -
Be warned that Gatwick Airport is completely fed up with this operation, and the Police are actively aware of how these people operate. They are treating customers' vehicles and time with total contempt.
Save yourself the stress, the middle-of-the-night exhaustion, and the verbal abuse. Book with an official or reputable parking provider instead. This outfit is a total scam.
Should be shut down!!
Should be shut down!!!
Waited over an hour to give our key, was asked for money to get out of the airport which was NOT in the email. Other people waiting missed their flights.
Collection....
A MASSIVE IF... you get through after 19 calls you will be told your car is on its way... 20 times.
After a 2.5 hour wait and told several times our car is on its way, turns out our car had not moved from where we parked it at the start.
Man on the phone is a waste of space... he had NO IDEA was was going on!!!!!!
1 star is being generous!
Couldn’t contact them for 1 hour after…
Couldn’t contact them for 1 hour after we landed. Then had to wait a further 1.5 hours when I eventually got through.
The operator said he had only two drivers working.
Do not book this company if you want to make a flight.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
They do not even deserve one star.
Never answered my call. Waited well over an hour to drop off car and collect.
Staff very rude.
SCAMMERS
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH ANY NAMES THEY TRADE UNDER!!!!
I booked the parking on a comparison website and stupidly looked at reviews for the comparison site rather than ipark. Please do not make the same mistake. We managed to contact the company when we landed to arrange to have our car delivered, but when we arrived at the meeting point there were around 20 people waiting which grew to around 30 as the (late) night went on. It seemed everyone had different stories - out car had been driven off site whereas other had they cars left in the carpark but with no keys to move them. Getting hold of the company was a nightmare thereafter with repeated claims thay the car was in its way. We collectively managed to collar one of their drivers who appeared to be approaching cars and hiding car keys on the wheels. At this time we called the police who were brilliant and dispatched multiple units. To cut a long story short I was one of the lucky ones whose car was at the yard and they had my keys. The 3 hour wait I had was nothing compared to others who were still waiting to be reunited with their cars when I left. Just as I was leaving the police found a carrier bag with multiple car keys in that someone had dumped when being chased!! The police said they have ongoing issues with these guys who just set themselves up as different companies, and are trying their hardest to shut them down.
PLEASE DONT DO AS I DID AND GO FOR THE CHEAPEST QUOTE - MAKE 100% SURE YOU READ REVIEWS RELATING TO THE ACTUAL PARKING COMPANY. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AND OPERATING ILLEGALLY WITH NO INSURANCE POLICY WHICH ENABLES THEM TO DRIVE YOUR CAR!!!!
Worst meet and greet I have ever come…
Worst meet and greet I have ever come across, left the key to my car on the tyre on return as there was 25 plus people waiting for there cars from this company so they didn’t want to face the music so after hours of waiting they would randomly tell you your car is floor 4 row H example and leave the key on the tyre and run off, very bizarre set up.
Absolutely appalling experience with iPark
I had an absolutely appalling experience with iPark. This service demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, terrible communication, and most concerningly, a catastrophic failure in vehicle security.
1. Check-In Chaos
Upon arrival at Level 4 of the Orange Car Park, I was met by a lone, seemingly untrained representative. I was instructed to park the vehicle myself and pay the entry ticket fee. While the representative eventually produced the correct paperwork, the lack of a structured, professional operation was immediately concerning.
2. The Return Process & Endless Delays
Following the company's instructions, I called upon landing to request my vehicle. My family and I arrived at the designated pickup point at 3:45 PM. To my surprise, my car was parked in the exact spot I had left it seven days prior. No representative was there to meet us.
Over the next three hours, I was forced to make 13 phone calls to the company to locate my keys. I was repeatedly misled with false updates, being told the driver was "15 minutes away" or "grabbing the keys from the office." The timeline of my calls speaks for itself:
15:19 (Initial call upon landing)
16:16, 16:35, 16:47, 16:49, 16:52
17:06, 17:10, 17:15, 17:37, 17:45, 17:55
18:20 (Final follow-up)
3. Unacceptable Security Breach
At 5:30 PM, we located an iPark driver who was dropping off another vehicle. Despite later confirmation from management that this specific driver actually had my keys on his person, he did not hand them over and left the scene.
Just before 6:00 PM—nearly three hours after my first call—I received a call from a private number. I was informed that my car keys had been left completely unattended on the rear wheel of a random Audi on Level 1 of the car park. Leaving a customer's car keys unsecured in a public parking structure is a staggering, inexcusable security breach.
4. Hidden Fees & Abandoned Vehicle
Because iPark apparently abandoned my car in the short-stay car park for the entire duration of my 7-day trip rather than moving it to a secure facility, the ANPR barrier attempted to charge me £472 to exit. Fortunately, the airport parking attendant was understanding of the situation and waived the fee, requiring only the standard £8 exit charge. To add insult to injury, my car broke down on the drive home, though I cannot definitively prove if this was related to how the vehicle was handled.
Conclusion
iPark failed on every single metric: punctuality, customer service, truthfulness, and basic vehicle security. Forcing a customer to call 13 times just to be told their keys were left on a tyre in a public garage is grossly negligent. Avoid this company at all costs.
⚠️ TOTAL NIGHTMARE: Car Abandoned Unlocked, Severely Damaged & Fled Scene! AVOID!
Do NOT trust this company with your vehicle. What was supposed to be a secure Gatwick Meet & Greet service turned into a dangerous, expensive, 5-hour ordeal in the middle of the night.
After landing, I called for my car and was given a string of blatant lies. First, they tried to bring me the wrong car (an Audi, mine is a grey RAV4), and then they lied about being "just outside the terminal." After waiting over an hour, they texted me an address to a dark Best Western hotel car park 10 minutes away from the airport with no instructions, claiming my car had a "puncture" and I’d have to take a taxi to it.
When I arrived at the hotel, the situation was shocking:
Car Abandoned Unlocked: My vehicle had been left completely unattended, wide open, and UNLOCKED in a dark public lot. Anyone could have stolen it, and my insurance would have been completely void. There was no driver and no key.
Severe Structural Damage: The tire didn't have a puncture—it had a massive, dangerous hole blown through it and was a complete write-off.
Alloys Destroyed: Both front alloy wheels had deep, fresh, severe gouges and scratches from being completely mistreated.
Driver Fled: We had to wait in the dark until a driver finally turned up, literally threw me the keys (he spoke barely any English), and immediately sped off in another car without taking an ounce of accountability.
I was left stranded on my own for 5 hours. I had to pay £25 for a taxi just to find my car, and £220.00 for a 24/7 emergency roadside tire replacement just to make the vehicle drivable. Because it is a lease car, I am now facing hundreds of pounds more in lease penalty fines to fix the destroyed alloys and swap the emergency tire for the contractually required brand.
While waiting at the hotel, hotel security and reception confirmed this parking company operates an unauthorized, rogue setup out of their lot, speeding and thrashing customers' cars back and forth. They do not look after your car in the slightest.
This business is a rogue, negligent operation. I have raised a bank chargeback, initiated a legal Letter Before Action, and reported them to Trading Standards and Gatwick Airport. Save your sanity, your money, and your car—DO NOT USE THEM.
Dont use
Dont use. Simple. All of the below is valid - chasing for refund. They delivered car to a different floor and left the key on the wheel so that they didnt have to deal with the numerous complaints - now chasing for refund on the parking which they said was covered. Complete chaos - how Gatwick allow them to operate is insane.
SCAMMERS!!!
SCAMMERS!!!! Left our car in the short stay car park for the duration of our holiday leaving us with a £580 bill to get out the car park and there response when contacting them was to laugh and swear at us down the phone!!!! Waited 2 hours to find out our car was in the same spot we left it!! Aggressive men who also threatened my 15 year old daughter.
This company is also trading as fly…
This company is also trading as fly away parking, london gatwick executive, they are not a legimate business at all and I advise everyone to report them to West Sussex Trading Standards.
I left my car at Level 5 in car park 6 and handed my keys to the driver, they have no documentation at all with them for you to sign, they carry no ID at all, no proof of even having a driving licence, they have lost my car key, I arrived back to the airport and they told me they could not find my car at first, then after an hour they said they found it but could not find my car key, in the end i had to get home with no car so I demanded they dropped me home which is 60 miles from the airport, the following day I went back to the airport and found my car myself in the same spot i parked it in inside the short stay car park, not once did they apologise or explain, or even call me back they just fed me with a load of lies, I asked the drivers at the airport to give me the address of their office which they all refused, I arrived back on Friday and still no key or contact from them at all, luckily I had a spare key I went back to the airport with to get my car, all they do is lie and fob everyone off and apparently they are running this business out of a car which is parked in Horley in a hotel car park which I believe to be the Best Western Hotel from what other reviews have stated, I encourage you all to report this to trading standards as this business is ruining people's lives and it is just not fair at all. I had my young children with me at the time. Not once did they apologise at all or give me any details on their process when they keep losing car keys. I was simply told to email their office which they clearly do not reply as other reviews indicate. Do not let this slide and let this business scam others so please complain and escalate formally. I wish I could give this business a zero rating as the staff are rude, unhelpful, liars, no process in place for keeping your key safe at all.
Terrible
Terrible, they do not what what is advertised! Not sure how they are allowed to keep their licence
I would strongly advise avoiding this…
I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
Our experience with Gatwick Meet and Greet Parking was extremely poor from start to finish. We were left waiting over an hour at both drop-off and pick-up, which is completely unacceptable when you’re trying to catch a flight or get home after travelling.
Communication was dreadful throughout. It was difficult to get hold of anyone, and when we did manage to speak to someone, we could hear staff swearing in the background. We were repeatedly given inaccurate arrival times and told the driver was “just arriving” or “already in the car park”, only to continue waiting for extended periods.
The situation became so bad that I genuinely started to worry whether I would get my car back at all, and in what condition. After being told the vehicle was on site and waiting a further 15 minutes with no sign of it, we eventually discovered that my car had been left on a completely different level of the car park with the key left on the tyre. I was shocked by this level of negligence and security risk.
To make matters worse, over 60 miles had been added to the mileage during the time they had possession of my vehicle, and it was returned with only 14 miles of fuel remaining. I have no idea where my car had been driven or what it had been used for during that time.
The entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable, violated and with very little confidence that my vehicle had been treated responsibly. Poor communication, excessive delays, questionable handling of customer vehicles and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not use this service again and would not recommend it to others.
We called over 70 times and some…
We called over 70 times and some families next to us had been waiting over 2 hours. Please avoid. Cowboys
