I've used iPromo for custom designed memory sticks a couple of times now and they've done exactly what they said they were going to do. Great graphics, a sturdy product, and everything loaded on them properly. They also have some of the best prices out there. My primary contact is Dan Pike. He's very professional and responds almost instantly every time I communicate with him. Bianca Meglei in customer service was quick to get my order into the system and kept me up to date on tracking. They're just easy to work with because you don't have to chase them for anything. I won't waste my time anywhere else.

Salesperson took the order, found the images, and got all set up on first contact.

Customer development support was great and efficient, turn-around time was speedy, and the end product was excellent, as anticipated. This is my third order with iPromo and am more than satisfied with their performance!

All worked out really well! I loved the quality of the product, with one tiny issue: the company put its logo on a none visible part of the product, but didn't communicate with us.

My customer service rep was very quick in her replies, and the product was better than I expected. Custom color selection made the product exceptional!

I placed an order for flash drives with some promotional wording for the university where I work. I received a very clear price quote and a lot of follow-up e-mails from the vendor, which was actually really helpful, because it kept reminding me I needed to actually place my order. :) The price was really good for the product we were getting. They even sent me a sample of the product so I could see what ours would look like. I placed the order, and our flash drives arrived SUPER FAST.
