ipromos did a great job on our promotional products. I was unsure about artwork and Eugene was awesome to work with and probably redid the artwork 3 times before we had what we wanted. And they are exactly what we wanted. Very satisfied customer!

Have been using this bunch for several years now and always receive excellent service

We'd previously done several USB jobs with iPromo, and all were 5 stars. This most recent job was a custom shape made from a live sample I provided - a shark. Manufacturing took much longer, luckily we had planned well in advance. At first look, they appeared great. With normal use, some of the fins broke off, and read/write speeds seemed much slower than the USBs we'd gotten from iPromo on previous jobs. Upon returning from our event, we contacted iPromo with our concerns. They analyzed the materials and the mold of our custom shape USB, and tested the read/write speeds. They did concede that the live sample I provided was made of a more durable material, but claimed that the read/write speeds were within their acceptable limits, even though it was much slower than previous drives we'd purchased from them. While a small credit was given to be applied to a future order, I am not completely satisfied with how this was handled.

Kim Reed, who inherited our account and this order, conducted herself as a true professional at all times, and was a staunch advocate for us, her customer. After a bit of continued discussion about our concerns with this order, the resolution presented to us far exceeded our expectations. None of us get it right 100% of the time, but how the resolution is handled separates the professionals from the amateurs. iPromo is definitely a team of pros that will take care of your promotional products needs.
