Morgan A was very helpful in getting me to understand the process of funding my Self Directed IRA, explaining where the funds are held and how I go about directing the funds to qualified investments of my choice. The concept of a Self Directed IRA is easy to understand, but the basic nuts and bolts of using this retirement tool to my benefit was not. Now I feel I can start investing.

Morgan A was SUPER helpful, but I always have to call
Morgan A was SUPER helpful on the phone to walk me through what I needed to do. The website is not very intuitive, and takes me forever to figure out after emails and calls. I’ve had to call every time to finally get help walking through what I needed to do. None of it was hard, just not intuitive to a non-bank lingo person.

Closing my account
Closing my account. Abject refusal to solve a very solvable problem. Submitted a wire request before noon on Thursday. Only learned the transaction had been canceled Friday when the intended recipient called asking where the funds were. After being on hold and transferred multiple times for over 90 minutes - was told that it was too late to submit a wire request and I would have to wait until next week - even though wire requests could still be submitted for almost 2 hours. This would lead me to miss the deadline for the funding round. Went to my other broker and they sent the wire in about 5 mintues.
