I ran into some issues with uploading the cover art and I got an email that same day informing me of the issue and another email when the issue was resolved. They also contacted me about slashes being in the name of the contributor which is apparently not allowed. They remedied the issue to prevent any delays with the submission of our book. I love how easy it is setting up. However, I didn't see the best genre section for mine so had to go with closest. Other than that price isn't bad, easy to set up and get going, downloaded bar code also looked great as well on downloaded and pasted to documents. Also like the option to pay extra for marketing and that isn't a bad price either.
