Imbarazzante come dopo 10 giorni dall’ordine io non abbia ancora nessuna notizia. E non rispondono nemmeno alle email… davvero vergognosi. Servizio clienti meno di zero. Fate pena.

Terrible, refused to refund on a pair of trousers costing £60, because they were returned 10 days after received, they claimed arrived 15 days after purchase ( this was over Christmas holiday period), absolutely appalling service

Per la prima volta ho acquistato un capo online 10 giorni fa e ad oggi non ho notizie sulla data si consegna.
Le ragazze del call center sono gentili e disponibili, ma onestamente non basta.
Forse avrei dovuto leggere prima le recensioni che in maniera esplicita confermano quanto scritto da me.

Voto: zero...
E pensare che acquisto sisley da una vita.. In negozio però!

Place an order for size 34UK shorts as listed on their website. When they arrived they were too small. I asked previously what they meant by slim fit but they didn't give a proper reply. Their Italian sizing on it says it is an IT 44. Googling this into UK/US makes it a 29" waist. Customer service took days to reply by which time I had already returned the item. They wanted me to take a photo of the sizing and the tag. I bought the last pair in 34 and have seen it return back on their website (as the single pair left). I have received an email from them to say I will be due a refund but I have not received any payment over a week. I wasted £10 shipping because of them.

I bought UK size 36 and 38 (IT 46 and IT 48). It turns out their "38 UK" or IT 48 is more closer to a 34 UK. Even an Italian to UK/US size conversion site says an IT 48 is more like a UK 33 so I don't know why they would list an IT 44 as a 34" UK Waist. Their UK sizing is totally wrong on their website.

Rubbish service. Avoid. At this rate I might have to get my money back from PayPal.

Anni fà ho acquistato un capo in negozio Sisley del valore di €50, la taglia era sbagliata ho riportandolo indietro il capo .Non riuscivo a avere alternative!!O non c'erano le taglie , o i colori , alcuni modelli datati , rovinati. Mi hanno fatto un buono dello stesso valore da usufruire solo sul sito online .Sono passati più di due anni cercando di comprare qualcosa di carino, di decente , di moderno ,in più non potevo comprare abbigliamento scontato ma della nuova collezione.Prezzi esagerati e collezione pessima.Dalla disperazione ho preso la prima cosa che mi è capitata .Non solo non mi hanno dato indietro i soldi , non solo i negozi Sisley sono contati e non tutti accettano i buoni ma hanno fatto dei miei soldi quello che volevano.Il capo che ho preso tra l'altro mi sta grande ma, pur di non avere a che fare con loro me li tengo o li regalo al primo che li vuole.

I was sceptical after reading the bad reviews and almost cancelled the order, but I’m glad I didn’t. The order arrived fast and I love the two dresses, they fit me perfectly. I used to shop at Sisley in Tampa ( before they close) and I always loved this brand.

Received a fake tracking number that no carrier recognizes! Do not buy from these thieves!

Ordered three tops, two were sent and the third was "going to be shipped". It has been three months and still have not received. PayPal did not side with my complaint since the email showed it was being shipped. DO NOT waste your money. If there isn't a phone number associated with a site, don't order!

Ho rispedito diversi articoli per oltre 200€ in reso oltre un mese fa. Neanche un centesimo di rimborso, né una mail. Il customer care mi ha risposto dopo un mese e solo per dirmi scusa il ritardo, ti risponderemo.
Ma scusa cosa?! Ma risponderete quando?! Dovrebbero sanzionarli!!! Tra l’altro sono acquisti fatti in una pandemia, non è che una avesse scelta.

The worst experience I have had with mail order companies. The size chart is not exact. Free return is not. Indeed, it is done exclusively by a deposit in one of the rare UPS sites or by an expensive debit in double payment (by calling a paying number for thirty minutes of procedure and by paying the delivery person).
La pire des expériences que j'ai eu avec de sites de vente par correspondance. Le tableau des tailles n'est pas exact. Le retour gratuit ne l'est pas. En effet, il est fait exclusivement par un dépôt dans un des rares sites UPS ou par un prélèvement coûteux en double paiement (en appelant un numéro payant pour trente minutes de procédure et en payant le livreur).

Sebbene abbia ricevuto un articolo non conforme alla descrizione non si sono attivati per sostituzione/rimborso. Continuano a sostenere che devono fare verifiche interne. Sono davvero scarsissimi. Gli manca proprio l'abc delle e-commerce.

Le taglie indicate sul sito sono del tutto inaffidabili. Il servizio di assistenza clienti gentile ma praticamente inutile non avendo alcuna possibilità di manovra. Evitate di acquistare per non perdere tempo e accumulare delusione a frustrazione.
La restituzione dei prodotti è macchinosissima: dovrete, per bene che vi vada, trovare un centro di spedizione UPS e recapitare personalmente il pacchetto. Se vivete in un piccolo centro potrete prevedere grandi spese ed enormi disagi

Sisley Online Shop recensione accurata ricerca in lingua Italiana : ho ordinato 4 prodotti il venerdì , il lunedì erano ancora in preparazione , Martedì guardo e vedo che di quei quattro prodotti solo uno è stato spedito , vado su internet e vedo che quei prodotti erano disponibili online allora scrivo una mail di Reclamo , ora aspetto risposte , comunque è tutto un trucchetto per fregarsi i soldi cioè 7 più 4 euro di contrassegno per un prodotto non per quattro , secondo questa spedizione la pagano nemmeno un euro perché secondo me l’imballaggio nemmeno esiste. Staremo a vedere pacco arrivato e risposta del customer care faccio un ‘ altra recensione , unica cosa positiva spedizione UPS sempre trovato bene anche se il mio voto rimane 1 star

I live in the UK and ordered 2 items of clothing from the Sisley Online Store. Both items were too big so I tried to return them using the CollectPlus label provided by Sisley. However, the label
was not accepted in 3 different shops that participate in the CollectPlus system.
I had to use the Post Office to return the items of clothing and pay for the postage myself. The address provided was 55-57 Brompton Road, London, SW3 1DP. After several weeks I contacted Sisley customer services but my parcel had not been received. I then went to London to visit the Sisley shop on Brompton Street but there is no Sisley shop at this address and there has not been for several years.

Why does this company provide the incorrect address for returning online sales? Is this not fraudulence by Sisley? I contacted Sisley customer care and they told me the package had not been received but they did not tell me that the address to which I sent the package was wrong.

I have lost £250.00 worth of goods and I would thoroughly recommend that no-one else should purchase anything from the Sisley Online Store.

Il sito è funzionale ed è facile acquistare online. La merce è stata preparata e spedita celermente ed anche il corriere SDA ha impiegato poco tempo nel recapitare il pacco. Ho effettuato un reso parziale della merce comprata senza problemi anche se la procedura è stata leggermente più laboriosa rispetto ad altri web-shop. L'unico inconveniente è stato il rimborso effettuato in ritardo di alcuni giorni rispetto ai tempi prestabiliti e solo dopo aver contattato il customer care per un sollecito.
