Disappointed by lack of communication by iWatch repair staff.

I receive an SMS stating:
“Your order has been updated as "additional information required". Please check your email and respond promptly.”

I checked my email over the next 2 days. Nothing but I had received previous emails. I then phoned 3 times and had to leave messages. No response. Eventually someone called to say that they had found some water damage in the watch (never been in water of any sort). Did I want them to proceed with the battery replacement? I confirmed yes.

By the time I received the watch back, the turnaround was: 5 working days.

They quote:

A fantastic honest company.I sent my Apple Ultra watch with a cracked screen for repair over a bank holiday, it was returned within 5 days repaired. Furthermore it transpired it was a tempered glass screen protector that’s was badly cracked not the screen. My watch was returned and a large credit applied to my bank. 1st class service.

Very good service. I had the battery replaced in my Apple Watch. I posted it on Monday and it was returned on Friday. It’s a reliable and efficient service and I would recommend.

It was a straightforward process from start to finish, and was kept informed all the way through the process.

I posted my watch on Friday, on Saturday these people asked for the password. Today Wednesday they write "New Estimated Completion and Dispatch Date" Saturday, meaning I will not get it before Monday at best, 10 long watchless days. Beyond furious. Now I just hope to get it back. My advice: pay more, go to a shop and get it repaired quickly.

I needed my old Apple Watch Battery replaced, I did not want to replace the watch as it was working perfectly for how I used it. I did look at trying to do this myself but it looked quite difficult. I came across iwatchrepair online read the reviews and thought I'd give them a try. I booked the repair online posted it to them tracked delivery on Monday, by Thursday it was returned to me with a new battery, amazing service very trustworthy indeed. Will be using these again if I need to.

A glass repair for an Ultra watch is about £499 with Apple, same price as a reconditioned watch. Thought I give it a try with iwatchrepair company at £299. Easy website, watched picked up spot on and returned 5 days later. By the looks of it perfectly repaired. The only test I have to do is underwater but all looks fine. 5 stars!

I would not recommend using iWatchRepair based on my experience.

I had a battery replacement carried out, and within a few months the battery performance deteriorated significantly. The watch struggled to last a full day and would shut down unexpectedly, despite showing 100% battery health.

Shortly after, the battery failed completely and swelled to the point where it pushed the display away from the watch body. This is clearly not what I would expect from a recently replaced battery and raises serious concerns about the quality of the part or the repair.

When I contacted them, they referred to their 90-day warranty policy and declined to repair or replace the battery free of charge, as the issue was reported after that period. While they did offer a discounted replacement, I found this response disappointing given the nature and timing of the failure.

I understand that batteries are consumable items, but I would expect a replacement to last longer than a few months under normal use, and certainly not fail in this way. For that reason, I would advise others to carefully consider their options before using this service.

Like others, I was nervous about sending my Apple watch in for the glass to be replaced. I needn't have been - the service was great - fast and well done. I have waited a bit before writing the review to make sure the repair has lasted and nothing weird has happened as others who were not so happy reported. Nothing of the sort for ours - it's working perfectly well and the recipient of my old watch is very happy with it!

Stress free, reliable and trustworthy service. It’s quick and easy, I wish I have done it a lot sooner. It’s cheaper than anywhere else also!

I found this repair company online as I needed a new battery for my Apple watch. I did the order on line and there was an option for Royal Mail collect from my home and as I find it difficult to get out I thought this was excellent. I arranged a home visit and package up my watch. Royal Mail where to produce an address label. Royal Mail turned up in time and took my watch. The next day I had a text from watch repair telling me they had my watch and were working on it.
The next day ( so three days total) Rotal Mail delivered it back. It’s an excellent service
The watch works well and I am pleased with the battery as it’s holding its charge now
It was only £60 to get the new battery which I felt was good value for money
I am very happy with the service
