Apple watch battery replacement done a good and quick job, which for me even was cheap, cause apple asked for 120£ they took 50£

My wife’s watch was repaired and returned by the company and screen literally shattered the first day just on normal wearing and when we questioned this were told it wasn’t their fault and could have £10 off another repair! Sub standard screen used. Very disappointing

Sent for a repair on my series Se needed the sensor mending. They fixed that however noticed another problem afterwards upon returning. They told me to send the watch back and they fixed it again without any extra costs. Very trustworthy and a great job done

My watch has a death wish. Third time back to iwatch repair. Always fast turnaround, reasonable price and they keep you in the picture.
BUT aren’t lift doors supposed to open when you put your hand in them instead of cracking your watch face ( and bruising wrist)????

Thank you iwatchrepair for an excellent and honest service. I popped into the store today expecting a costly Apple Watch Ultra cracked screen repair. Even though they could have charged me the full price for the service, they quickly identified that it was only a £10 screen protector replacement that was necessary. Where other vendors might well have seen their opportunity to overcharge, iwatchrepairs delivered and excellent service and restored my watch to like new condition for just the £10 charge. Very happy - 5 Stars.

I had prepaid a repair for two watches, which were lost by Royal Mail. iwatchrepair refunded me immediately for the unused repair service. Very pleased with the excellent customer service.

I had an apple watch with a broken screen and I sent it to iwatchrepair to fix. They communicated efficiently by email to check a couple of things and repaired the watch speedily. Once returned the watch looks like new and operates perfectly. Result!

I cracked the screen on my watch 6 months ago when I banged into a wall, used this place and they were great. So when I dropped the watch and *again* cracked the screen, I didn't hestiate. Sent it on a Saturday with Royal Mail, they received it Tuesday, it was finished Wednesday and Thursday I was wearing my watch again.

This time I opted to have them add a screen protector... I must admit that now some of the corner complications aren't as responsive as they used to be, not sure if it's screen protector.

But, over all, the reasonable and very transparent pricing, the outstanding communication (emails sent at each stage), means I would use this place again and again (but hopefully won't have to!)

VERY disappointing. This is the 2nd time I have had my watch face replaced. The first time was fantastic and I had no issues. In and out the water.
My watch fell from a chair to a tile floor, probaly about 18". It's such a shame that the glass is so fragile. I had the glass replace by iwatchrepair and 5 minutes after i got in the pool it stopped working. I emailed them and got the, not unexpected reply of 'can't / won't help'

Do NOT use this company. Get your watch fixed properly by Apple. Expensive, yes, but cheaper than having to replace it.

You read these reviews and think they are fake, they are not. I broke my iWatch series 6 on holiday, did some research, this company was the most reasonably priced. I sent it off via recorded delivery and 2 days later had a repaired watch. They did EVERYTHING they promised (so rare in today's world). Thank you.

An absolute 5 star rating, the only thing that would be better is if it was guaranteed waterproof, however I understand that is a promise that can't be made by anyone other than Apple as the OEM, so they still get 5 stars. Well done.

I have just received my Apple Watch returned after a broken glass replacement. The whole process took five working days from posting to receiving it back. The repair is excellent and the service and communication was great. I can whole heartedly recommend this service.
