I recently purchased a property in Earlsfield and my main points of contact were Emily Richards and Sophie Doughty. Both of them have been amazing to deal with and have consistently gone above and beyond to help wherever possible and made the whole buying process as easy as possible.
It was also great that whenever I spoke to either Emily or Sophie, they were both on the same page and up to date on where we were in the process and latest information such as situations with solicitors and what was still outstanding.
I can't recommend Emily, Sophie and Jacksons enough. Thank you Jacksons.

I bought my property from Jacksons a few years ago and was so pleased with their service that I decided to use them to sell it too. The entire process has been a pleasure with the service provided by their dedicated sales support manager Sophie Doughty worthy of special mention. Sophie has been astonishingly diligent on my behalf taking on the role of terrier when liaising continuously with both teams of solicitors and the purchaser to push along the difficult and energy sapping challenges that is todays sellers (and buyers) experience. Full marks are happily awarded. Thanks for making the experience so easy.

If it wasnt for Sophie in Balham, we would have pulled the rip cord, a paricullarly unacceptable situation in general (nothing to do with her). On a different note Jacksons & Dexters (same company) must change their Policy with respect to Online Status, the companies do not mark something as sold or under offer, meaning there is an endless stream of deforestation, from unwanted Flyers & companies offering to do a better job, think of the downstream activites needed to generate these documents and send them to you, the energy that is wasted, because of one persons strategy, shame on them. What if all the companies stared doing it, Paracites.

Kadeem at the Tooting branch has been excellent. He has been extremely professional and patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and Jacksons.

Sophie was great. It wasn't easy at times but her patience and experience helped this sale go through.

I have been dealing with Sophie Doughty over the last few months with regards to a property purchase. I received detailed and regular communication throughout the whole process, as well as Sophie's ongoing support and patience with any issues that arose. Overall, an excellent experience that I believe reflects extremely well on Jacksons as a whole.

Elle-Mai Soggee was absolutely fabulous,super friendly and helpful, answered all our questions and was so calm. It's so important to have someone calming and relaxed showing you around houses. Someone that gives you time and she did all of that!

Sophie Dougherty is highly experienced in all aspects of Sales and very helpful and friendly, I cannot express what a pleasure she is to deal with.

I would not recommend Jacksons Proprty as your proprty management service, both for a landlord and tenant.

We were excellent tenants, took really good care of the flat (provided some upgrades that we paid for) and garden, to then be notified that we were being kicked out on my due date (yes I was pregnant).

I asked Laura, our property manager,(even begged her) to speak to the landlord and ask whether we could stay a little longer and she told us that the landlord said no and would unlikely change their mind... strange that you have to beg to get your property manager to email the landlord but anyways she did.

After a lot of back and forth we managed to get to an agreement to stay longer if we paid more (ofcourse). It took months to get a correct contract to sign so we still feared something would happen and never felt at ease up until a couple of weeks before my due date.

Communication was poor, we felt like dirt although like I said we were excellent tenants. We put a lot of effort to clean the property with our cleaning lady and it was cleaner than the day we moved in but we were still charged a deep clean of almost 300£.

On top of that, we were charged new locks after sending the keys back because they told us one was missing but those were the ones we received. We never had the chance to check the property because before we even knew it, the locks were already being changed.. No rush to get us a proper contract and put our mind at ease, but everything for them had to be done NOW and IMMEDIATELY. Like I said, our property manager and her communication skills need a lot of work.

Selfish and lack of empathy is how I would sum it up. Hope you have better luck if you have to work with them.

Helpful, but more importantly for me, not too pushy or pestering me with loads of calls like some do, Kirk the manager has helped me with my somewhat specific requests.

Had a great experience with Sophie who managed our sale from offer through to completion. She was vigilant with all parties and helped with queries and enquiries to ensure the sale kept momentum. She was approachable in her manner and always at the end of the phone or email. Highly recommend Jackson’s for property sales in the area. Thank you!

I'm a first time buyer and everyone at Jacksons was very helpful and supportive all the way through the process, from initial viewings until moving in. Thanks in particular to Sophie Doughty who went out of her way to help me. There were loads of issues with the solicitors which delayed things by several months but Sophie was always on my side and kept things moving in the right direction even when I was feeling frustrated and ready to give up on the property. Estate agents don't always have the best reputation but Sophie is one that you can trust :)
