Only criticism is you can't get through on the phone, I prefer to speak to someone rather than communicate by email.

Jack Stonehouse - Fantastic service

I contacted Jack Stonehouse about a problem with an electric golf trolley that I bought from them earlier this year.
The service I received was fantastic and could not have been more helpful.
It appears that part of the trolley is faulty. The problem was clearly understood and a replacement part offered with out question.
I'm very satisfied and happy to recommend Jack Stonehouse.

Customer Service - Replacement battery

1st September 2024 I was working The British Masters at the Belfry for DP World Tour. That Sunday, I joined my match and put my notebook in my hand. It fell on the floor. I thought it was me being clumsy. But as the round went on, I noticed I was struggling to grip. On finishing, I handed in my radio and headed home back to Loughborough. Thinking I had trapped a nerve in my left arm, I went to the Urgent Treatment Centre. There I was told I was suffering a Stroke!
After a period on the Stroke Ward at Leicester Royal Infirmary and home visits from the Stroke team i regained manipulation in my left hand & arm.
I realised that I would no longer be able to carry my bag.
Enter Jack Stonehouse and the 36 hole Pro Rider trolley!
This gave me the freedom to carry on my favoured sport.😁
5th August 2025, I contacted Jack Stonehouse to ask for assistance with the battery now no longer lasting more than 16 holes of golf.
Their rapid response and communication via emails was "second to none"
After a few questions and myself sending a few emails after my round of golf on 9th August, I received an email 11th August to say that they would order a replacement battery and I should receive within 2-5 working days!😁
This is Customer Service of the HIGHEST order and I strongly advocate the support team at Jack Stonehouse.👍👍👍👍👍

Absolutely amazing customer service

Absolutely amazing customer service, my box was damaged and as it was a present I asked to change it, they sorted it out promptly with no issues. I also asked to return an item, again they sorted it out straight away. Outstanding, will definitely recommend.

Great customer service

Forgot to apply my discount code. Emailed customer services and within a couple of hours had a reply and discount code had been applied. Extremely efficient service.

We bought 2 ceiling fans in April that…

We bought 2 ceiling fans in April that we are very pleased with, but there was a slight problem with one of the remote controls.
I contacted Jack Stonehouse customer services department and we are delighted to say they sent us a new remote control immediately.
10 out of 10 for customer services.

Excelent service !

I bought a golf trolley almost one year ago and think it was excellent value .
Unfortunately the battery has developed a fault and after contacting Jack Stonehouse I am going to receive a replacement.My years guarantee is almost over and the sales department were excellent in their response .

Excellent services

Excellent services, prices and delivery was super fast. I ended up returning my item as I bought in duplicate. However my refund was immediate and I am please to say that future purchases are a result of that good service.

Can’t speak to anyone!!

Unable to speak to someone about an undelivered express shipping order made last week. Phone number has an auto message stating they have too many calls to answer, directs you to an email address and cuts off. No confirmation email or order updates either but money has been taken from my account, but order showing on my Jack Stonehouse account. Can someone please contact me?????

I had intended to get a replacement…

I had intended to get a replacement battery for my Prorider electric trolley,but when I saw the offer with Jack Stonehouse that was so good as well as honouring the discount for in my case NHS staff I opted to purchase a completely new one. Ordered a heating and cooling fan which…

Ordered a heating and cooling fan which arrived with a faulty remote control. The instructions for using the fan manually, only contained increasing the temperature not decreasing it which is what we wanted it to do ( because of recent heatwave). Rang the sales team to ask for a replacement remote and advice. Was told to put enquiry in an email, I did that, then Bilan replied with " no can do, they don't replace remotes" he didn't offer any advice about temperature control. I've tried calling twice today and it goes straight to answerphone. I'm not happy with their customer care, they were quick enough to have the £100 off me but don't want to help. Do not buy anything from this company.

We have only good things to say aboutJack Stonehouse. We ordered a bin store which was delivered promptly but I had made a mistake when I measured the space available in the garden. I contacted customer services and Afaz could not have been more helpful. I got through on the phone quickly and was talked through the return procedure so politely and professionally.
