Absolutely appalling service from JanSport. I ordered a backpack for my daughter and it took nearly a week before they even dispatched it.
What exactly takes nearly a week to put a backpack in a box and hand it to the courier?
FedEx finally received it on Wednesday and it's now Saturday and still in the Netherlands. We've now been waiting well over a week for something that should have been a straightforward online order.
For a company the size of JanSport, this is incredibly poor. I certainly won't be ordering directly from them again.

Not a UK company. I thought the brand of jansport was reputable enough that i did not need to check online for their return policy. it is a UK company and headquarted here but insist that all returns must go to the netherlands which costs a fortune and charges you import fees. do not order from them.

Ordered a bag and paid. They do not ship. The order has status "unfulfilled". I contacted and they said they would look into it, but got no further emails. I've been waiting for 15 days.
