Do NOT Buy from this company!!!
Scam company. The dress is shipped from Asia and is of poor quality- it is not the same dress as advertised. The dress did not even come with a tag!!!.
They only offer 10% money back or 50% store credit(?)

Items were advertised as 30 day moneyback guarantee, but when they arrived, they were of extremely poor quality and the sizing did not match the size guide from the advertisements so I tried to return, again since the 30 day moneyback guarantee was a “guarantee” on the website. I was informed that they were final sale items so they didn’t qualify for the guaranteed return. Interestingly, the final sale small print is on a completely separate page on their website, but the 30 day moneyback guarantee tagline is listed right underneath the photo of the items I bought. They credited me 10% of the total cost and now I get to keep 2 cheap items that don’t fit me but at least I got $10 back lol

The company does not list fabrics for their products which should have been a warning. I ordered two dresses that appeared to be the same fabric. The first dress may not have been so bad if they had sent the correct size. The item had no size labels either inside or on the packing and the company refused to rectify their mistake. The second item looked nothing like the photo and was poorly made and in the process of unraveling

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I ordered two pairs of boots, which took forever to receive. As someone else mentioned in their review, they had a weird glue smell. Boots are cheaply made, and that's not all. One of the pairs of boots was the wrong size, yet they still refuse to exchange or refund me. NEVER AGAIN! Do not order anything from this company!!!!

Order a pair of boots they took forever to back to me and then when I got them they were so cheap looking and they smelled weird like glue or something they might of used to make the boot? . I emailed for a refund and was told that I could not return the boots because it was a sale item. Ok I understand that but no type of compensation or anything? Wow!! Bad business I will never order from them again.

Pre ordered two sweatshirts in Nov 2023, was told they’d ship in 8 weeks, 8 week mark passed and just now received a shipment notice 11 weeks later. Received a message today saying they messed up their pre orders and the 4T sweatshirt I ordered didn’t come so they replaced it with a 6/7 in a completely different color. Extremely disappointing. This business has gone down hill and I’ll never order again after being a supportive customer the last few years. Very rude and was blocked after I requested a return label and full refund.

Really disappointing! I love the design and ordered the second time. The last order took 2,5 months to get to me!!!!
The quality is low. The fabric of the sweater gets thinner with every collection. It is more like a long sleeve than a sweater. Sorry but this has not been a nice shopping experience.

I wish I had better things to say about this shop. Their stuff is honestly so adorable but my goodness the shipping SUCKS. I get that she is a one woman show and COVID happened but they made a lot of unrealistic promises regarding ship times. Placed two separate orders and one took over three months to get. It was swimsuit for my daughter and by the time I got it summer was over and she couldn’t even fit it. The second order I’ve yet to receive and it’s been about six weeks. Only order from them if you’re ok waiting for months.

I really wanted to like this business. But they've given me the wrong item 3 times already. The first order, they gave me the wrong size for two of the items (too small and too large!). I contacted them and they gave me a half refund for one of the orders and then said they'd send me the size i wanted for the shirt that was too small - it never arrived. I've emailed them twice and they haven't responded. Then, I ordered from them again. They sent me the wrong color. In fact, the color they sent me isn't even on the website! I guess shame on me for giving them a third chance. Don't trust this business!!

I’ll start by saying I love the sweatshirts the company sells. Too bad it’s not ran differently. If you have a problem with your clothing, If you have a return, questions, concerns, problems with The clothing not being shipped. You are basically f***ed The website states you can send emails for returns, problems, etc but you will never get a reply. If you do, you are one Of the chosen ones! Go out immediately and purchase a lottery ticket because you are extremely lucky ! I’ve sent emails to this company numerous times to try to process a return and it’s not like I’m even getting my money back because the company doesn’t allow that. They give you an E gift card for you to purchase something else from their online store. So you would think they would let me continue with my return.. You only have 15 days from the day you receive the item for you to ask for a return. Doesn’t make much sense if it takes months to receive a reply, if you are that lucky. I’ve tried contacting on Facebook, IG, online, everything. I’m basically out of LUCK!
If you write a bad review about them on Instagram it will get deleted. So definitely be cautious if you buy anything from the store. Make sure it’s the right size and make sure it’s something that you will not want to return because you will not be able to even though the site says you can. God forbid the product comes damaged you are so
screwed. This is the second time something like this happened to be personally with this store.
I told myself I would give them one more chance, and like an DA I did. So I guess The jokes on me.

The sweatshirts are worth buying if you can spend A lot of money on a sweatshirt and also the kids clothes. But I would not waste your money on the adult T-shirts!! Be very cautious buying online from this brand. Like I said you won’t get to exchange it for something else.
