Nora was very patient and not pushy at all. She came to our home and was able to sense our style. She offered us options that fit well together. We were very pleased.

The sales team at J&K Little River were extremely helpful and professional. When the couch we ordered arrived we decided that we weren’t 100% happy with the comfort level. Roy personally called us to assure that our satisfaction was important to them. We found a different couch and the exchange was made. Kathleen and Roy were very accommodating.

Nora who I worked with for furniture selection was great. Very helpful with suggestions and showing me all my options. Very good when I have called her and she always gets back to me within a reasonable time frame.
Mike who help me with mattresses was very good also. He didn't suggest I over buy on quality but pointed me in the right direction for my needs. Loved working with both of them and I have a great selection of new furniture at reasonable prices!

For being an upscale furniture store the website is mediocre.

We were in need of a new couch and love seat for our rental unit. The staff at J & K were extremely helpful and made practical recommendations that would hold up in a rental property. We had many questions regarding price and quality. Selected a lovely leather set and added a coffee and end table. Delivered promptly before the end of the week.

Our search is finally over. Needed to furnish a guest bedroom and looked hi and lo. Should have gone to America's Furniture Warehouse from the get go. Not only did we find the perfect set we also found the perfect entry hallway accent table in navy blue. I saw it on the showroom floor and fell in love with it but it had a "sold" sign. Talked with the sales rep and he checked and found a brand new one still in the box. I was thrilled.

Our sales rep was Mike E. He was awesome. Answering all my questions with patience and professionalism.

He's the reason why if we need more furniture we'll go back there!
