Having to pay for return postage disappointed
Sales and customer service was exceptional but disappointing that I had to pay almost £5 to return an item that didn’t fit .

As outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage. Returned items are sent at the customer's own cost and responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We also advise keeping proof of postage until the return has been processed.

Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, I phoned them and they were so helpful saying they’d replace them by return of post which they did. The shoes are great quality and really comfortable, can’t fault them.

Quick and easy ordering and delivery service. Downside is that I really wish I could have still purchased my original style of slipper which has lasted me over a year been worn every day and so comfy. New style purchased not such a wide fit and tighter less toe room not comfortable but I will have to keep them as my old ones are falling apart.

Brilliant
My husband got some slippers for Christmas from Jo & Joe, after six months the sole came away from the slipper. They are the most comfortable pair he has ever had. He contacted the customer services, sent photos and they offered to replace them free of charge. They arrived very quickly and were well packaged. Brilliant company, highly recommend and will be shopping there again.
