Absolutely horrendous. Bought 3 items in December. Returned 2/3 items. Paid through Klana. Company went into administration having received my returns with email confirmation. Radio silence. Will not reply to me or Klana. Also emailed the administration email address. Nothing. Feel sorry for anyone else waiting for a refund that went through before they collapsed.

I liked the patterns and fabric, but the sizes are way too big. That’s why I have post the items for return. Haven’t heard back, after several emails. No money refund. Nothing

I believe that this company is no more. Is this true?

I adored this company the products are beautiful and well made unique design and fabric print. I am devastated of the news they will no longer operate.

I returned dresses to them appropriately 6weeks ago. Got confirmation that they received them but still no refund has been paid! I have sent several emails and so far no replies.

I returned 3 items that didn’t fit. They received the items on 21/01 /26. I emailed them on 17/02 and 25/02 about the refund. It’s now 27/02 so well over a month since it was returned and I still haven’t received my refund. They’re thieves!!! £65.55 may not be a lot of money to a large company like Joanie, but it’s a big deal to someone like me. Stay away from these charlatans

I returned an item 5 weeks ago and have not received a refund. I emailed customer services three times to chase but had no response. I want my money back!

I ordered a dress from Joanie on 29/11/2025, for a friend which unfortunately was too small so I needed to return this. I initiated a return via their website, and received confirmation that my return was back with Joanie on 14/01/2026. On 03/02/2026, I still had not received the funds back to my bank account for the return. I decided on this date to contact them to chase the payment. I had an automated response that they would get back to me within 2 working days. I checked on 07/02/2026 and had still not had a response to this so I tried to contact them again. I still have not received my refund and I am extremely disappointed as I sent the return back almost a whole month ago and have had no communication from Joanie. They have not been responding to any of my emails which is extremely upsetting as I am a loyal customer of theirs. I would expect much better customer service as I am now out of funds despite the fact they have the item back at their warehouse!

I love Joanie. Please come back 😭

Still haven’t received my refund after returning all items

I returned an order to them which they acknowledged receipt of and said a refund would be processed within 14 days. It is now a month later, and I haven't received a refund. I've emailed multiple times requesting information on the refund, and have had no response at all. Really disappointing experience.

You have confirmed my order and taken my money . I have not received the goods or refunded the money. I have just found out the company has gone into administration

I'm still waiting for my purchase to be delivered!! It's been weeks and I've heard nothing. Disappointing

Unfortunately after being a loyal customer for many years I now have an order which obviously won’t be fulfilled, it says it has been dispatched and the money has been taken. No easy way to get money back. So sad to have ended this way.

Took my money, didn’t send me item and then went into administration a month later. Yay!

My parcel didn't arrive and have since read that the company is in administration.

Not received my items, not replied to any emails or messages about parcels whereabouts. Then posts on social media in receivership. Awful accepting orders when not fulfilling or trying to fulfil.

Ordered 3 items which were lovely but sadly didnt fit, sent back and received confirmation 19 Jan that return had been received, refund would be processed between 5-14 working days, (less £3 for postage which is totally acceptable) chased them up as refund still not processed, still no response more than 48hrs later, absolutely shocking service, should not take this long to process a refund. Will be using credit card to charge back if I don’t get a response by Friday. This has put me off from ever using again, poor show Joanie!
