Quick and friendly reply to my request, solved successfully.

I had some trouble (my fault) placing my order. One email to the company and they pleasantly and quickly fixed everything. Thank you so much. I am looking forward to using the website. H

Took advantage of addition courses by Joel Grimes Photography. During the ordering process I made some user errors and as a result did not take advantage of a loyalty promotion. I immediately contacted customer service and my error was corrected very efficiently by a very helpful and courteous representative. Truly a class operation. Can’t wait to experience all the new photography instruction modules purchased!

Content is really good however unfortunately you will be spammed with email daily. No content is worth your inbox being filled up with offer after offer after offer. Even when the offer is supposed to finish you can bet it will be extended and more spam emails will arrive daily. Shame

Joel’s educational sessions are wonderful! There are concepts that took me years to grasp, that he provided an easy to assess explanation, that contributed to a far greater understanding! But the best thing about Grimes is he’s accessible! He responds to questions via email…

Great set of brushes plus great customer service. I had some difficulty using some of the brushes. It was entirely my fault but Chris patiently walked me through the fix and resolved the problem. All is good and I find that I actually use these brushes quite a bit and am definitely enjoying them.

Followed several of Joel’s presentations. He explains things in an easy to follow and understand way.
Support on how to use the excellent presets and videos has been offered willingly by the support team. Very highly recommended by a keen amateur.

This is a fantastic asset to photographers! I have been learning from Joel for years. He is very clear, his photography is amazing and he speaks in a non-Jargon style that makes these lessons so accessible.

The support team is also amazing. I had an administrative issue these guys cleared up right away and left me completely satisfied with their support.

I couldn't find my new courses after purchasing them. After a quick email to support, the problem was resolved in no time.

That's customer service!

I recently bought the program, can't wait to start and learn.

I had made a duplicate purchase, and Chris from customer service helped me promptly with a refund.

After completing the full Photography course, I will.be buying other courses as well.

Highly recommended

Great products and great service. I love that I can work through the material in my own time. When I emailed for assistance the reply was fast and helpful. Highly recommend.

prompt response to my questions and problem was easily resolved

I ordered some courses from Joel Grimes web site. I had ordered prior to today and all of the info went to my email on the computer. This came to the email that I ordered it from off of my cell phone. I asked if the courses could be moved or linked? They had it fixed by the end of day. Very responsive. Thanks

I really appreciated Joel's Ebook on Choosing The Right Lens for Portraits. I was delighted to read his Lens choices and to see that his choices all feature in my Portrait Tool Kit.

I also learnt how each Lens functions within a giving context and how to master the composition using all of my Lens for flattering and magical Portraits.

This Ebook is really excellent with fantastic examples and images. I came away learning that my best images can be created with what I already own.

This is very exciting.

I purchased the MY LIBRARY Masterclass & Collections maybe around 3 years ago; maybe 4 years. Until now, I never had the time to dive into the information packed course.

In essence, I could not find the download link to access the various lessons. I was like oh no, I spent hard earned money by making sacrificing to make that purchase.

Long story short, earlier on this Dec. 4, 2025 day, I reached out to the Joel Grimes organization by email and explained my dilemma.

In around 3 hours, a staff member contacted me via email and gave me step by step instructions to retrieve the entire course that I paid for at least 3 years; maybe 4. I am delighted.

That is called "excellent customer service" and CONCERN for their clients. They could have said, your loss. But their integrity and high standards did not allow that.

TO SAY THE LEAST, I TRUST THEM AND THEY HAVE EARNED MU UPMOST RESPECT AS A CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER HESITATE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE JOE GRIMES ORGANIZATION AGAIN.

Joel Grimes’ courses are next-level! He’s an awesome teacher and packs so much value into every lesson—I’ve learned a ton. And honestly, his customer service is just as amazing as he is: super helpful, friendly, and always on point. Can’t recommend him enough!

Amazing content (Love Joel Grimes). Love the fact that he shares his 40 years of experience. Great customer support too. They were very responsive to give me a refund within the 30 days.

I had a question about downloading the zone system card (from the Joel Grimes BW Masterclass), and Chris was very responsive both in the time it took to respond to my request and in helping me with what I needed. Thank you!

Joel is a very knowledgeable photographer and photoshop user!
He has great tutorials...don't hesitate to watch his stuff!

I learned about the zone system many years ago, while still doing film photography. After not having done any black and white for some time, I decided to start a new project. That's when I realized that there were many new and more technologically advanced ways of applying the zone system. The Art of Black & White Tutorial didn't disappoint. Looking forward to using many new techniques! At one point I contacted the support site and was impressed at the quick response.
