Hi Joel, new to your program, and wanted to share a complement! Starter and overall impression has been good information to have a foundation of camera and overall photography. Now I understand how F stop works / ISO, before i knew what it was for but never paid attention and photography a new hobby - I enjoy every opportunity to experiment and learn more, especially black-white pics. Your black- white pics of portraits, athletes pictures are amazing texture - depth overall (including your other works too!). I have taken portraits of wife and never understood F stop on my cell phone and Portrait images come out nice, but higher resolution 24M for me now is impressive. Will continue to view your programs and time allowed I may have. I can see you have so much photography knowledge information in your head and to be selective on points to share the insights can be challenging, and fun to see your natural reactions. So much to read, view, and learn of your practices, one step at a time and baby steps for me! I do recommend Joel's program to others.

THIS will help me convert images to the high contrast photos I love. Joel is an excellent teacher and I will look for more of his courses.

I took the Master class Beginners course. Joel may be a fantastic photographer but as for a teacher he is all over the place. Jumping into a subject mid sentence and not completing his thoughts. I only paid$10 so I don’t feel ripped off. Maybe have a better flow and show the outline of each course to stay on topic. I’m not a teacher but it may be helpful if you get some coaching from one. I have purchased some of Joel's courses before and found them to be very helpful. Purchased two new ones earlier in the month. After having some login problems - which were quickly resolved, the courses didn't appear in my account. I have emailed four times since to advise that the courses aren't in the account but have had no response. I have requested a refund and to cancel the order but, again have not received a response.

I was surprised by the speed and efficiency of their response. We didn't need to go back and forth, Chris just fixed my login issue immediately and well.

The material available is interesting to both relative beginners and pros. I return to it time and again. Buying the material in bundles saves quite a bit.
Support is swift and efficient.

I had a problem seeing the videos and contacted the support team. They quickly ascertained the problem and suggested a fix. Great support.

I first purchased my "classes" in 2017 and was time starved so didnt get much of an opportunity to sit and do them. I tried to logon again in Jan 2022, but had a password issue, appears from previous emails that they addressed it back then, did some of the masterclass but once again didnt complete. fast forward to Oct 25, couldnt get any passwords to work. contacted support again and within an hour the issue was resolved.
That's what I call lifetime support!

Joel Grimes' teaching style is relaxed and informative. The videos are well made and professional. They are easy to pause, watch and rewatch as necessary (I take notes). Customer service is prompt and helpful with any problems, should they arise. I thoroughly recommend these turorials if you want to develop your photography skills.

I was unable to access my account via resetting my password. I contacted customer service and they had me up and running in minutes! As an aside, Joel's tutorials are excellent and I keep coming back for more.

I had a problem, my username and password weee no longer recognised. I sent an email and it was resolved in a few minutes. Excellent service!

I had a minor problem with a coarse not showing up in my library and reached out for help.

I received a reply from Chris and my issue was sorted out right away.
