Got in touch about a problem with my boiler, they gave me advice on trying to see if I can remedy the problem myself and if the problem persists then to get back in touch.

It was beyond my knowledge and capabilities what the problem actually was so I contacted them once again and they had an engineer out within half an hour.

Really professional and highly knowledgeable in their trade, explained in detail why and how the issue came about.

Had the problem sorted in no time. Great guys and will be using them again for any future boiler issues/services.

Dean telephoned, before arriving, just to let me know he was on his way. He works tidily and efficiently, clearing away any mess he has made. I would never go anywhere else now for any gas installations, services. He and all his staff are just great. You know you can trust them implicitly and they are all extremely courteous.
