We ordered dog food item. Received 60%damaged, Joneswhole sale didn't took any responsibility and simply said it courier (parcelforce) fault, so our assets and time both are wasted. Not recommended.

Have been coming here for over 11 years now. Great customer service with friendly staff. Much improved website showing items in stock and informing you when they are back in stock. Click and collect service is fast and reliable. Quick and easy to get to with ample parking.

Website is very easy to use, I’ve never had a wrong item delivered and stock levels displayed on website are accurate (don’t think I’ve ever had a short delivery). Wholesale how it should be.
