I have used Jones Whyte on two separate occasions this year and each time they have been more than helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Nicole has been amazing, the purchase of my flat went smoothly and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Needed some documents notarised and called into their West George Street office on the off chance that they may be able to help. Very friendly and helpful receptionist who managed to find us a notary and we finished within 15 minutes!!
Will definitely use the firm again for any other legal needs I might have.

Please stay away from this company. I have lodged a formal complaint with them and will be going to the Legal Ombudsman if it's not resolved - they shouldn't be allowed to operate.

If I went into all the details of why I don't recommend them, it would be a book, so I'll just advise you to save yourself the stress and save your money, especially if you're thinking of them for help with buying/selling a property, just don't, honestly.

They don't even use proper solicitor's, instead they use paralegals who are in massive need of training, not just to do their job, but in how to deal with people.

Please use another firm - the stress is honestly not worth it. I was asked to edit this review because I mentioned the name of the paralegal assigned to me, which I did so that the review will remain and hopefully help others. However, this once again shows that they care more about their image than actually helping people.

When I told the seller's estate agent and solictor who my solicitor was, they actually gave a knowing sympathetic nod when I told them how shocking my experience was, so I'm pretty sure that most of their positive reviews are fake or incentive-driven - everyone I've spoken to about them knows what they're like, so please pay attention to the negative reviews about this firm.

Ironically, my seller's estate agents were more help to me during this process than the dimwit I was assigned or anyone else at Jones Whyte.
