I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered a red dress and they sent me a brown one so I messaged them, they apologised and sent me another one. However they sent me ANOTHER brown one. They asked for proof, which I have sent. It has now been 6 weeks and still not heard from them. Would never use them again or recommend.

Terrible fit, too small. Can only return items,at high cost, to China. Very misleading advertising. Offered only 20%refund for items that were unworn and not the right size. Wonder if we will even get that. Also items did not have label regarding material. Definitely not 100% cotton. A scam/ripoff.

I placed an order for a dress, it came 3 weeks after the order was placed despite their website saying 6 days maximum, the dress didn't even look like it was supposed to, it was sheer on all the private areas and was very thin and cheap material. They state to be an Australian brand but upon further research, they have no office or warehouse in Australia and work solely out of China. When I asked to place a return I was advised I would have to pay for shipping back to their warehouse in China ($40) and that I would only get 20% back.

Order an outfit received an email after paying that it was out of stock. Given a voucher to re order something else the voucher didnt work for over a week so I couldn't re order by the time the voucher was fixed fhe website had changed and only sells mens clothes. Have been asking for a refund for weeks and they have stopped replying. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

If i could give zero stars i would, I ordered two dresses in size 14 on the 2nd of November. The Striped Multi Colour Strapless Maxi Dress – A Line Pleated Summer Dress and Vintage High Neck Maxi Dress – Elegant Evening Gown Formal Wear in Brown. I received 2 of the Striped Multi Colour Strapless Maxi Dress in XL. The dress is cute and does look somewhat like the image but the sizing is NOT a 14, I'd say a 10 at best. I've since been trying to return and/or get my second dress - although knowing the chances of it fitting are slim! I've emailed images of the two dresses, pictures of the measurement's, the best I've been offered is a 20% refund. Would definitely NOT recommend this brand. it s NOT a QLD brand as shown on the website you are dealing with what i can gather is a chat bot and not a real person. at this point in time my issues is still unresolved.

Very poor quality shirt which looked like a different material online and awful customer service. We were convinced a return was too complicated and the item would get stuck at customs in China and that their only warehouse was in China. Very expensive shirt that can't even be worn as it is see through.

I ordered two dresses from Jordyn The Label and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Both dresses arrived in very poor quality, nothing like what was shown online.

Their website promises a “simple and hassle-free returns process,” but this could not be further from the truth. They also state that they provide a prepaid return label, which is simply untrue. I was told I would need to send the items back to their warehouse in China, despite the business advertising itself as Australian founded with Australian customer service. The return postage alone was going to cost me over $35, which is unreasonable.

They then offered me a 15% partial refund and said I could keep the items (which are of no use to me because of the poor quality). I was told this refund would be credited immediately and that I would receive it within a few days. It has now been over two weeks, I have followed up, and I have still not received any refund or compensation.

This business has continued to let me down at every step. While the clothing looks beautiful online, the quality, customer service, and misleading policies make it impossible for me to recommend Jordyn The Label to anyone.

This is Shein with a 500% markup.
The "Linen" set was 95% Polyester.
Took three weeks to arrive, unable to contact company.

I liked the look of the belt but it runs small; should’ve gone a size up. The buckle feels really high end though, solid metal and nice finish. Shame about the sizing because it’s actually beautiful quality.

I bought with faith and trust that this site is an Australian brand and locally based in Brisbane-Australia. I read the descriptions of the Advertisements. It clearly says premium leather. Shipping within Australia is about 4-7 days. After I ordered it. I get a tracking number to China. It will take 14 days, When I got the first pair, it had stain on it and it was not premium grade leather , It was just synthetic. I contacted the support person and explained everything. But not the answer I wanted. I got my2nd pair today , The size is wrong and its an awful synthetic material. This is misleading and disrespectful and treating customers like fools.

I got lucky. Brought a skirt for african safari, scored big time $54.00 slightly on the small side and I am only 53k. But really really nice.

Where is my refund? I returned a dress to you back in March. Apparently, at last conversation with your company, you still hadn't received it.
You are deceitful and fraudulent.
I can't believe you are still operating and scamming others.
You "tried really hard for me" and offered me a 20% refund if I didn't return the dress.
Well, I did return it to where you instructed and I'm still waiting for my refund.

Do not be conned into purchasing from this company.

That leopard maxi looked bold online but turned out so flattering in real life. The drape’s perfect and the fabric’s soft with a nice weight. It came out of the box wrinkle free too which is a miracle. So many compliments already, it’s unreal.

Do not listen to this companies replies to the other people reporting this as a scam.

Emailing them does NOT mean you will get your product. Them saying items have been “delivered” or saying they can’t find someone’s name on the system is a lie.

I ordered from them a week ago, they offer same day shipping and nothing has been sent. No confirmation of order, no tracking, no item.

I emailed them saying I’ve read reviews saying they’re scammers and they haven’t replied - of course they haven’t!

They almost definitely will respond to this with a similar message to the below, indicating they may have gone into my junk etc - they haven’t.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY and if you have, be aware that you will not be seeing that money again.

I will be reporting to consumer affairs too and I would encourage you to do the same.

So crazy the length scammers go to these days, it’s a full website.

They scammed me don’t order from here. I got a shirt and the tracking isn’t even legit and it never shipped.

Still waiting for my order from 8th October. The website shopping and dispatch times are misleading and the help centre teams feel automated. They refuse to refund as it’s not their “policy” to refund if the order is in transit. It’s literally still in China 13 business days after purchase. Scam drop shipping website for sure. Update since they responded- this “second package” hasn’t arrived and it’s now 20 business days since I ordered! Woeful response. I’ve lodged a case with ACCC

I bought in good faith on 28th September a fairly expensive pair of boots for my husband, one week after I had not received a proper tracking notification and emailed the company to receive a reply which read like a "bot", left it for a few days and again wrote for details of my order and where was it received the same repeat email which validated my original thought of a "bot", I then found another area and emailed to say that I believed this company to be fraudulent and got a response saying "they apologised but were looking into getting my order to me, this was on Monday, today is Thursday 16th October and still nothing. Here we are heading supposedly into a fully digital world of "online shopping" and these flogs are allowed to offer a purchase only to take money without accountability, far from impressed.
