I bought a cashmere jumper but it sadly turned out to be the wrong colour. I returned it promptly with all the correct paperwork some weeks ago BUT am still waiting for a credit to appear on my account. How long do I have to wait?

Having bought from them before, I ordered 2 shirts with 16" collars for Christmas, only to discover they were too loose. Upon accurately measuring the collars, one was 16.75" and the other 17". Shocking quality control, which now means I have to return them and 'roll the dice' when it comes to what size to ask for (as 16" clearly isn't). I shall update with the end result and see if they ever get any repeat business!

Excellent service. Had to return 2 items - 1 for refund and 1 for exchange. JT dealt with this very quickly receiving the exchange within a week and the money refunded for the return. Quality of items excellent but not sure that I would pay the full asking price

Everything I buy from Joseph Turner is high quantity looks good, wears well and at a good price. 10 out of 10 in every way.

I have 3 pairs of Joseph turner pyjamas and in each case the waist has loosened to such an extent that I find it very difficult to wear them. Please advise as to wj=hat I can do to improve the situation. I have recently purchased 2 more pairs which shows how much I like your brand. I would welcome your help?

If you offer 2 items for sale with 20% off then you claim the 20% does not apply to 2 off and the discount is already applied then that is false marketing and you deserve 1 star. Absolute con. Goodbye and good riddance
