I had Awful experience with this company. The products felt awful on my skin. The sunscreen was Sticky and peeling off. I tried to return the items and they got sent back return to sender. I wasted money trying to return then, then it was outside the return window when I got them back.

Juice Beauty used to be my favorite brand. It is not the same since Karen Behnke, owner/founder, controlled the company and products.

The precedence has declined greatly.

The Green Apple-Brightening line damaged my skin barrier. The formula contains strong AHA, probably oxidized & highly acidic. JB ended up in the trash. Bad quality products advertised as clean. I moved on into SPA-quality products, made with herbs. Will never ever use this brand not even for free. No wonder Whole Foods nor Sephora carries them anymore and Ulta's JB stand is a mess. Amazon sells them very little with average reviews. JB seems to have a marketing machine. I have added reviews on their company which are not even posted.

I purchased make up which arrived damaged. I have tried to contact to return but keep getting redirected to a us website. They can’t help me!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed an order with Juice Beauty, but did not notice they used my niece's name & address until after the order went through. I immediately contacted Juice Beauty by email (they do not have a phone number to call) and notified them of the issue. "Customer Service" replied back that they start processing orders right away and could not cancel or change the shipping address. So basically I'm screwed. I wrote them back and told them they just lost a customer.

Customer service is awful. I asked for samples of foundation so that I can match it before I buy and the email response was yes, but no samples of anything else. It had a little attitude vibe in the email. I wasn’t asking for free samples of anything else and let her know that I want to be able to match the foundation and don’t know of a store that carries it. most companies provide this so you can buy their product. Anyway, she said she would send samples and I never received anything so a couple of weeks later, I checked in and asked if they were sent and I was told yes. Well, it’s been 2 Months and nothing ever came so I sent another email and never received a response. There are so many natural makeup companies now a days, I find no need to buy juice beauty foundation when they make it this difficult and have found 2 other great options since that I’m loving!

I bought one of their products under the pretext that it was a great product as advertised. I was totally disappointed when I later realized that it was not working as expected, for most skin care products, it takes even a week to notice changes. I hope they can give clients value for their money.

The company offers great products. Unfortunately, their customer service is almost non-existent. They take forever to attend to your queries and when they do, it does not feel as if they are concerned about their clients. If you get an alternative provider for products Juice Beauty provides, I would advise you to go for that option.

I love their products, but there is no one to answer the customer service phone line to attend to calls for someone who has a problem ordering online. Then, it takes 24 hours or so for response to email. Love the products but find it difficult to solve problems because no human is available. So keep taking my money and when I get tired of the lack of customer support, I will go somewhere else.

Knowing that your skin absorbs most of what you put on it, finding skin care products and shampoos that are free of parabens, petroleum, pesticides and artificial dyes or synthetic fragrances is not easy, and ones that work. I have been using the Antioxidant Serum for several weeks and really happy with the results.
