I would give zero stars if available. I ordered dress in XL, couldn't get it past my elbows, they would not allow an exchange, but was able to purchase bigger size for around $10. I ordered a 3 XL, which I have never worn that size in my life, the 3XL is the same exact size as the Xl, measurements on both dresses are exact. Conveniently there was no size on the dress or the bag. I will never recommend or use this company. They should be put out of business for fraud.

Complete and total scammers! This company is NOT in Florida as advertised. It's from China. I have a product I received that the zipper does not work. They are offering 20% refund saying it's beyond 7 days. Their own email confirms I got the product on April 11th and contacted them back and forth 15x days later. Liars. Scammers. Defective product. And no returns?!?!! Do not ever order from them.

Terrible quality. No stars are warranted for this company. Their return policy is total BS -- 10% of the value of the item(s) AND you have to pay to ship them back to China. They are not a woman-owned company based in Palm Beach, Florida. The items are unwearable -- material feels like it comes from a fly-by-night Halloween costume store at the mall. The same dresses are available at other sites under other names so beware!

Received them two weeks later from China one dress I ordered the description was navy and it came in a purple color and very cheap material and the second dress I ordered had a rip in the seam and was terrible quality.
Reached out to customer service via email and they said because it was on sale there’s a no return policy, but when I looked on their website, everything they show is on sale so you can never return anything. They offered to give me a slight discount, but I wanted a full refund because the quality is absolutely terrible and is not what the description shows on their website. Buyer beware do not order anything from them.

Scam. Clothing is same quality as Halloween costumes. Ships directly from China. Returns are nearly impossible as you must pay restocking fee, shipping and customs fees.

Trust me, this is a SCAM. No little old ladies, retiring and selling off their custom shoes. I ordered 3 pairs, 2 different styles/colors. Noticed shipping was from China, not Palm Springs so I instantly reached out to them and was told that the order was already processed (like the very next day). Took 3 weeks to receive and order was completely wrong. They sent 3 pairs of the same shoe! Customer service said that refund policy DOES NOT APPLY TO SALE ITEMS. Everything is on sale or related. Shoes unbranded and smelled terrible. Bad all the way around.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give a negative number of stars! I ordered a dress that arrived in decent condition. However, the dress construction was low quality: a wrap around dress style that didn’t actually wrap all the way around. This was not a sizing issue. The dress fit but they skimped on the amount of fabric used. I requested a return and was told no returns for items “on sale”. I was also told that the no return policy is clearly and transparently stated in the “fine print”. Their words, not mine.

So please, learn from my experience and keep on scrolling when you see June, Joan & Jenny in your feed.

This is fraud to claim that they are in Florida when the cheap quality shoes were shipped from China. Never buying from them again.

Don’t waste your time or money. Dresses look NOTHING like the online photos. Color, fabric, cut are all way off. Very poor quality. No way of leaving reviews on their site. Despite claims of easy returns, there are NO returns.

I wish I would have read other reviews before wasting my time and money. The dress I purchased (Marley Quinn Midi Dress) is made of cheap material and it came with NO TAGS or washing instructions. Their website states quick delivery; however, it took several weeks to receive my order. When I finally got it, I was surprised that it came in a plastic bag and the sizing was way off. I contacted the customer service team but they informed me that I would be responsible for return shipping. I will not be ordering from them again.

Had to wait months to receive dress which came in a plastic bag wadded up in my mailbox. Obviously made in China of cheap rayon print & looked nothing like the picture on the website. I wouldn’t even use it for a night gown!

This company is a fraud/scam all around. The website says it’s a shop in Florida, but it’s actually a Chinese company. I know this is true because I ordered five items from them thinking it was a Florida company (you know, because the website said it was a Florida company). The items all shipped directly from China. Surprising to probably no one, NONE of the five items looked anything like the product images on the website. None. When I asked for a refund (for obvious reasons), they said that there were no returns—all sales are final. This company is a SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It took several weeks to receive my order. When I finally got it, I was surprised that it came in a plastic bag. It is was clearly not the shoe that I ordered, I received one that was a cream color when it should have been brown and the shoe has glitter straps. I contacted the customer service team, and they have been going back and forth with me telling me that I received the correct pair of shoes. Even when I provided side by side pictures of what I ordered vs. what they sent. This place is a complete scam. DO NOT order from them.

The dress runs very small and the medium was too tight. When I wanted to return it, I realized it would have to be sent to Asia at my expense. Disgusting company that pretends to have good customer service.

The color is inaccurate, the shape and design look nothing like the ad, the material is cheap, the thread is bunched up and pulled out of the seam upon arrival, and it comes with NO TAGS or washing instructions. Looks like a 4-year-old made it. I'm going to attempt to return this POS, but seeing the other reviews, not holding my breath. I'll never buy clothes online again!

Would give it a zero if I could! I believe this is a scam company! Everything is on sale, and you can’t return sale items so beware! Their sizing is not even close. I ordered a 2X dress knowing it would run a bit small, and it was still like a large. It says they are in Palm Beach Florida, but can’t find a street address for them. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered the Seliora | Refine Heels and was extremely disappointed with what arrived. The shoes did not look like the ones advertised on the company’s website, and the overall presentation was unprofessional. Instead of arriving in a shoe box, they were shipped in a plastic bag. When I opened the package, a strong chemical smell filled the room immediately, which raised concerns about quality and safety.

The shoes themselves looked noticeably different from the photos online, and the materials felt cheap compared to what was advertised. I did not wear them and placed them back in the bag right away. I provided clear photos to customer service to show the condition and to confirm they were not damaged while in my possession.

Given the misleading product presentation and poor packaging, I requested a refund through customer service. I hope the company improves product accuracy and quality control, as this experience did not match the expectations set by their website.

This is a total scam site, do not buy anything. Awful quality, takes month to get it from China and I literally threw it all away - not worth pennies.

Do not buy any clothing from this company. They don't accept returns and the quality isn't what they advertise. It is a shame people create companies like this and rip people off. STAY AWAY
