Lyndon Bradley dealt with my case and was an absolute pleasure to deal with; he was friendly, polite and professional and my entire set up was completed seamlessly. I would highly recommend the service 😊
The staff were very helpful, but people should be aware of the business model. It is emphasised that clients do not pay a fee. However, in then placing my account with One Utilities, the package I was given was three times the price of my utilities in my old (bigger) house over the winter. I am renting for six months over the summer. It was easy and far cheaper to source utility companies via comparison sites myself.

The platform itself is very very helpful, but I have to say a massive thank you to Donna Cunningham! She was quick, clear and very helpful. She has made the process much easier and stress free by setting up my One Utility Bill for me over the phone and breaking everything down for me, and she was very present to talk to.

I was contacted by Will of just move in and he promised me he had taken care of my water and council tax. He really wanted me to go with so energy for gas and electric but couldn't book me on until it got closer to the move date. He phoned me back closer to the date and I had already sorted my gas and electric as it was cheaper than he quoted and so energy's ratings weren't as good. I had already got broadband so he couldn't get that either. As soon as I told him I'd sorted this, he ended the phone call. I then thought I'd better check to see if he had set up water and council tax as promised. He had not. Total waste of time. They say they take all the stress out of moving. He caused me more stress by not doing what he promised. Far easier to sort your own bills out when moving, at least you know its done and you will probably get a better deal in the long run. Avoid.
