I had a really positive experience using Just Move In.
Phil was super helpful, knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. He was able to sort out all my utilities, council tax and broadband without me having to speak to multiple providers. This has saved me a huge amount of time.
This is a great and convenient service that takes a lot of the stress out of moving. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a smoother, more efficient move.

Amazing service from Phil Murphy. Very informative about good deals and making sure the move to our new home was smooth and stress-free. He helped us swiftly find a great deal on broadband, along with insurance for me and my partner. Highly recommend using this service if you’re a first time renter and would love a good chunk of hassle lifted off your shoulder :)

I had a fantastic experience with Just Move In, I spoke with Hayley initially who was very lovely, explained everything very well and made me feel confident and comfortable to continue the process. I was then passed on to Lyndon, again, very lovely, very polite and respectful. He went through absolutely everything with me in great detail, was more than happy to explain anything I didn’t understand and got me a brilliant deal for my energy bills! I wouldn’t have even known where to start with changing providers, tariffs, contracts etc and it was something that I was dreading and actually something I was putting off, so I’m incredibly grateful for all of the help I’ve received and the amount of stress it’s taken off the move. Everything has been emailed over to me, it’s easy to understand and everything was explained very clearly. Thank you so much again Hayley and Lyndon, you’re both fantastic at your jobs and this is a formal request for your boss to give you both a bonus haha!

I had a clear agreement with them to…
I had a clear agreement with them to dismantle and reassemble 5 beds. When they arrived, they suddenly claimed there was only 1 bed and demanded an extra £500 to do the job they had already agreed to. This is completely unacceptable and clearly an attempt to take advantage of the situation.
On top of that, their vehicle was nowhere near full, yet they refused to take the suitcases and falsely claimed there was no space. This was nothing but dishonest, unprofessional behavior.
This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any service. I strongly warn others to stay away!
