The agents were incredibly patient with me after several phone calls making changes to the quote and also with the policy etc. Although I had to be put on hold a few times for a considerable amount of time while advice was given by managers, in the end everything was sorted.

I chose this holiday insurance because I was recommend. When I enquired about a quote I found them very friendly and helpful they covered everything I needed for a annual cover as my partner has had health problems I also found them very reasonable prices wise.

Tried online was directed to speak to customer service so I rang, the young lady sorted the policy out for us but just felt like it was all too much of a chore for the lady her tone was quite matter of fact and it felt like we were a burden. All the relevant info has arrived by e mail / login so just put it down to a one off.

This is the second time I have used 'Just Travel Cover.' Thankfully, l haven't had to claim yet and hopefully never will. But, here's the point - I have previously spent untold hours scouring the website, looking for Travel insurance, before I stumbled upon Just Travel. The website is very user friendly, extremely affordable and comprehensive. I haven't had to contact them this time around. But, when I flew to Finland a while back, I did have one nagging little issue. I needn't have worried. A quick call to the customer service department and a very polite, professional and knowledgeable young lady sorted the problem out in seconds.
