THe experience was ok. The requote was not helpful and not clever - if nothing had changed by the duration of time, which I would have said the computer could have calculated - the renewal price would have been much less.
The extended discussion of cycling - changed over the course of the discussion - whilst she read the information - it turned out ok but an unhelpful initial response. After that she was fine.
