Pods leaks

I like the satisfaction that the juul2 vape provides but as with many other reviews the pods keep leaking. I have followed all the advice and tried many other things myself but still leaking. Spoke to customer services at Juul recently and asked if there had been any other complaints. The reply was no. So they need to read more reviews on trustpilot! And DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT as these pods aren’t cheap. Juul look after your customers!!

The product is generally good however I had quite a few problems with the pods.Customer service apart from the initial response was virtually none existant with ignored emails and lengthy nonsensical forms to fill out online.I moved to Vuse a while ago and found them to be better overall.Hovever iI did like the app which indicated pod levels remaining and the location beep if mislaid.

Juul 2 constantly leaks

Juul 2 constantly leaks. No matter how I store it, no matter what I do. I used to have the original Juul device and never had any issues. But the Juul 2 leaks all the time whether it's upright, laying down, if it's on a shelf, or if it's in my pocket. When I pick it up it is always covered in liquid. Very disappointed.

I like the form factor and ease of use…

I like the form factor and ease of use but they dont fire much so your forever trying to get a drag off it
I have 3 of them and after a couple of weeks they charged up fully but dont fire properly and the pods are not cheap kinda think there not worth the money anymore.... in todays vaping market there is no excuse for poor qaulity

Great In Store Experience

Me and my friend happen to be at Sheppard’s Bush Westfield and as we were going around came across one of Juul’s locations. We were warmly welcomed and introduced to the products by the two customer service workers, Erza and Jully. It was honestly a great experience, they were very helpful about the information of the devices and flavour recommendations. First we weren’t 100% sure whether to get it or not but after the staff demonstrating us the Juul2 and their coils we were amazed by the quality. They also informed us of the promise of the product which is that its a higher quality than many vapes being sold outside, has no artificial chemicals and sugar added to them etc. They helped us try a few of their flavours and thanks to their recommendations me and my friend ended up getting one of their devices and two of their pods. Thank you so much to Erza and Jully they are legends !!

I bought the apple flavour one and there is no flavour off apple just a harsh burning to the throat and then u end up coughing no very gd product if im honest...needs looking at again ...

Lower mg’s? Leaking pods? Still a great product.

It’s a great product. Offers good flavours, sleek device and very easy to use.

As a smoking cessation product, I would expect more options in mg of nicotine. I find it very frustrating that they don’t offer 6mg or 12 mg pods of their flavours. They have given us new flavours though, I like apple.

Often you do get leaking pods which essentially wastes the whole thing. When I buy them from my local they are less likely to leak however the ones I order from the Juul website always leak. Odd.

My main request is for Juul to introduce lower mg versions of their pods.

The pods leak and they always have done

Having scrolled through many of the one star and two star ratings, I was not surprised in the slightest that the issue that users including myself are all having the same issue- LEAKING PODS. Whether the device is horizontal or vertical the pods leak. I’ve been using Juul for around 4 years and the problem persists. I have stopped purchasing Juul as I’m fed up with the device leaking in my pocket/bag. It ruins my possessions and costs me more money. Have some pride in your product, Juul and fix the issue. It’s unethical to sell a knowingly faulty product. And you know it’s faulty.

Finally had enough of leaking pods

Finally had enough of leaking pods. When it started happening I put up with it because I like the design of the device and the flavours, but after many leaking pods, and finally one where the entire pod’s liquid leaked out, it is time to give up. Fix the issue or stop selling what are faulty goods.

Very disappointed with JUUL Promotion Pods

I went to purchase a 4-pack of 5% JUUL Pods at a store. A JUUL sales rep told me about an offer — if I bought a JUUL device, I’d receive 3, 4- packs of JUUL Pods for free. It sounded like a good deal, so I signed up for a JUUL account, purchased the device, and received the 3 pod packs.

Unfortunately, the pods I received with this promotion were extremely poor in quality. They did not produce the usual vapor, the flavor and “feel” I normally get from JUUL pods was completely missing, and they even left a harsh sensation in my throat. Honestly, they felt nothing like the regular JUUL pods I’ve used before, and I question whether these were genuine.

I feel misled by the promotion. If JUUL is offering free pods, they should be the same quality as the standard ones — not something that feels defective or different. This experience left me very disappointed, and I did not expect this from JUUL as a brand.

I hope JUUL takes this feedback seriously, because this kind of experience can drive loyal customers away.

The pods leak

The pods leak. All my friends have the same problem and I see other reviews state the same. Also, even if there are 3 out of 4 lights showing amount left in pod there is nothing. My devices are clean. Some work some don't. Customer service is a joke.

Maybe it's just me...but JUUL 2 has never ascended the heights of JUUL 1 in terms of flavours. I understand JUUL maybe reluctant to release Mango, Berry etc due to regulators, but well competitors don't care..( e.g Chinese brands , other big tobacco vape brands). To me JUULs nicotine salts formulation is the best out there , everything else is an imitation as JUUL pioneered salts initially. Please just bring back JUUL 1 flavours for JUUL 2. If your worried about regulators just call Mango...tropical grove or something! Honestly JUUL needs to grow balls as a brand and do what they do best. The blackcurrant tobacco flavour is pretty decent.

I Tried Juul For The First TIme

Juul emerged as a frontrunner during the NJOY ruling. I've never considered or tried Juul until two days ago. After using NJOY, 1 pod every 2 weeks, it really surprised me that the same Juul pod only lasted about 3-4 days. I did not know that Juul might be the Rolls-Royce of e-cigs. Well, the taste was good. The square design is not so good. The delivery system is excellent. The charging mechanism is clunky. The price vs how long a pod is capable of lasting based on personal use...poor. NJOY your win but I feel that I am the loser here.

Save your money and go elsewhere

I used juul for a long time, I kept having to buy new devices and have at least 10 lying around that don’t work and the pods constantly leak. Sometimes the pods are empty in the package with juice everywhere when you open them. Half the time they start firing on their own or you need to keep messing with them to make them work. They’re overrated after a while as it’s more hassle than convenient. I’ve finally given up on them.

My experience with Juul is a delightful…

My experience with Juul is a delightful one, I've tried every possible vape but this one beats them all, the flavours are fabulous and the vape itself is perfect for a descent draw, what I really like about it is that I don't have to constantly puff on it as it satisfies my nicotine cravings with a few puffs
