Hamper was delivered 5 days late without a card or a message. I had to chase them up to find out where the hamper was and no one responded to any of the emails I sent. I won't be using them again. Very unreliable.

The delivery company didn't try to deliver on theday I requested, actually they didn't even attempt delivery and just marked it as "business closed? ".
Customer support doesn't answer and won't advise when you'll receive the hamper. What's the point if you order a week in advance and then it never arrives! Money wasted!

I wish there was a zero star rating. My friend organised a hamper for me for my birthday. We have a high gate out front because of our large dog. The delivery driver somehow got the hamper over the gate and left it on the dirt ground (mind you there's food in this hamper). So my dog had a field day when he found it and ended up consuming various chocolate and biscuit items (most of which are poisonous for dogs). I phoned their number and was told to send an online enquiry with photos which I did after I collected all the rubbish from said hamper around my yard. I received a response some days later with an apology and a guarantee that I would be advised when a new hamper was sent out (mind you they didn't ask for an alternative address which was highly suspicious). Then no contact for many days. I emailed them again to ask for a status update and have had no response again. Absolute scam company. Do not use under any circumstance!

Perhaps I should have read these reviews prior to ordering from this company. Never again!
Ordered the day before, however paid for same-day delivery for the next day, thinking this would guarantee delivery on the day I wanted, but it wasn’t delivered that day. When I contacted Customer Service to check on the delivery status and requested a refund of the delivery fee, I was offered a refund of $5 and hungup on. Extremely disappointed with both the delivery service and how my complaint was handled.

Tried several times to place an order with "Free Shipping" as offered to me and accepted by their web-site only to find at check out $14-95 levied for this delivery. Checked this more than once to see if I had made any mistake but NO !
I will not be BULL DUSTED into this type of scam !!!! Definitely not to be trusted - Be warned !

Whilst my recipient is very happy with his gift, I have been charged twice for the privilege ☹️. Paid through PayPal and was charged again . On seeing two pending charges hit my card, I was advised the second pending charge would not be processed, but guess what - this morning I have two charges made to my card. The team have since recredited my card for the second charge, though it took some days to process through the bank. All sorted now, but frustrating at the time.

Ordered a Hamper on 8/1 to be delivered to a hotel on 9/1 for my friends who had just lost their wife and mother 💔. They didn’t receive it. I phoned Hampers Galore who advised it would be delivered in 3 working days (despite the next day delivery claim). I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Still waiting on refund almost two weeks later. Despite being told it would take 2 days. Phoned and emailed 3x still waiting. Will never use this service again.

Lots of variety in choices. As it was my first time to order a hamper I thought it would come in a basket. The box is practical but not as attractive. Nice products inside. Kept getting emails for a rating which is annoying.

Absolutely shocking experience with Hampers Galore.
I placed an order on 7 December for a Christmas gift. It is now January and the hamper has still not been delivered.
I requested redelivery twice — once the day after ordering and again a week later. Since then, I have received no updates from the courier, no clear answers, and now no responses at all from customer service despite repeated emails.
What makes this even worse is that I am still out of pocket. As of today, I have neither received the product nor a refund. The complete lack of accountability or urgency is incredibly frustrating.
This should have been a simple order. Instead, it has turned into weeks of chasing, stress, and being ignored. If you value your time or money, I would strongly advise thinking twice before ordering.
Very disappointing and poorly handled from start to finish.

Had ordered for the 1st January took another 5 or so days & tracking was poor! Understand it was New Years day, but I should have not been able to pick the new years day & had no idea it was coming from Victoria as would have got a gift closer .. otherwise when it got their my gift was very nice

Paid over $200 for a hamper to be sent to my sister in New South Wales, and thought this Melbourne based company would be a good bet.
The hamper arrived a few days late, although still before Christmas so not too much of an issue. Unfortunately, about 70% of the hamper was missing, so my sister opened a package on Christmas Day to reveal a couple of packages of nuts and a fruitcake. No red wine, no fizz, and the vast majority of the food missing.
Now embroiled in email tennis match with customer services, whilst they attempt to cover their tracks with excuses. Full refund demanded.
Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
It was supposed to be delivered on her birthday as requested..she got it 2 days early!
I also sent an email to request my name being added to the card.
No response.

Ordered the Gourmet Breakfast hamper as a thank you gift
The parcel is now 7 days past expected delivery date. I’ve rung them and was told it would be delivered by 6pm 18/12. I’ve emailed them and got no response. I’ve rung the delivery company for the tracking number and they’ve not received the parcel for delivery. I’ve asked for a refund, I’ve asked for proof of delivery. I’ve received nothing but disappointment.

Do not order - really bad Customer Service if anything goes wrong - If I could offer a negative score I would.
We ordered a Childs Hamper for a sensitive time of the year, the parcel was labeled correctly, but the gift was for a 40-year-old male. When contacted to try and resolve - "Brian" would only action if an email was sent - this was sent, we then followed up by call and email, and this is still not resolved. Mistakes happen but you can't just take money and then not resolve an issue your dispatch department caused.

I’m sharing this because my experience with Hampers Galore has been a complete letdown. I placed my order on Sunday, and it didn't arrive until Wednesday—and even then, it only showed up because I had to spend time chasing it up myself. For a gift-based service, you'd expect much more efficiency.
To make matters worse, I used their "1XMAS" Christmas deal ($19.95 value), but the item was missing from the box. If they ran out of stock, they should have told me instead of just ignoring it. I have emailed them twice to try and fix this, but they haven't bothered to reply to either message.
Overall, the hampers are also very overpriced for what you get. The items are small and the value is poor. Between the late delivery, the missing items, and the non-existent customer service, I won't be back. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
